Don't want to pay

The games are fun and it's easy to deposit money onto your account. But when it comes time to pay you your winnings they don't want to pay you. I was told that technical support had to investigate my account for abnormalities and then they took all my money and didn't deposit it onto my account. This is wrong. I won't play here again if it's not resolved.v
