I grabbed the wool camo coat from Origin USA and it's become my go-to piece of outerwear. The wool holds up incredibly well out in the terrain and keeps me warm without overheating. The camo pattern blends naturally and the build quality is exactly what you'd expect from Origin. You can tell everything is made right here in the USA and it shows in the craftsmanship. If you spend any real time outdoors and want something durable that actually performs, this coat is it.

Great Customer Service!

I had a small issue with my Statesman Chelsea boots, but Origin resolved it quickly and professionally. Special thanks to Kali from the Customer Experience team for the excellent support. As a veteran, I appreciate supporting veteran-owned businesses—our community is small, and it’s great to see companies like Origin stand behind their products.

I ordred in November for Christmas and it is January 5 and still cannot get any response from the company. I have called, emailed, sent direct messages, and used their chatbot. No one will respond.
Zero customer service.

I ordered a pair of boots costing over £200 and they got to the UPS warehouse in southampton and have been stuck there for 10 days because they don’t accept cash on delivery. What cash are they on about? Origin aren’t responding to me, I only get through to an AI bot.
This is ridiculous, I thought they would’ve been a trustworthy company to use. Obviously not.

Ordered a t shirt to check out the product, heard about it on the podcast. T shirt was not received, a set of cheap coasters was sent as a “free gift” but t shirt was not. I let their customer service know and they wanted me to “prove” they didn’t send the t shirt by taking pictures of the tiny little package they sent the coasters in. Extremely extremely disappointed because I bought the t shirt buying into the all American made theme and all American jobs, yet can’t even get the product sent and/or hoop jumping for them just to get the order or a refund

This company claims to have superb products. I'll never know because I never received the one I paid for. Unfortunately they use UPS, a disaster of a shipping company. They told me that once a shipment leaves their warehouse, they take no responsibility for it. Why would a company that claims they have a fantastic product and spends mammoth amounts of money on marketing, use a disaster of a shipping company like UPS?
