I purchased a couple of mattresses for my kids, and they both said they’re very comfortable. They’re really happy with them, and it’s great to see them sleeping so well. I’m very pleased with the quality and would definitely recommend them.

The mattress is okay
The mattress is okay, I wouldnt have paid any more than what I did with offers and pillow. A huge dissapointment is they've signed up to Topcashback but dont pay out. 6 months on my payment is still pending. Im not the only person. EDIT. It isn't topcashback thats the issue, iv'e been using them for 8 years. Origin have 7, 1 star reviews out of 10 regarding there payouts.

I can’t give a star review bcos I…
I can’t give a star review bcos I didn’t order a mattress yet but I had been seriously considering it till I read some of the reviews. The one that made up my mind for me was the elderly lady whose delivery men weren’t keen to take it upstairs !! If that happened to us it would never get up there as we’ve both got mobility issues . My heart broke for this lady . I only hope the company reprimanded these delivery men ! I’m not sure now that I’ll be buying one from here . Sad really as they look amazing . I have too much back and hip pain to make a mistake with the wrong mattress or getting it upstairs .

We chose this mattress as we were struggling to find a decent mattress in a reasonable price range . Customer service was speedy and helpful, we had two reasons to contact , delivery was slow but we do live on an island and it swiftly arrived after making contact . I wasn't that sure on mattress at first as it felt very bouncy, I was reassured I could return it with 200 day sleep trial . I think it must just take a bit longer to totally fiil out as it seemed to get firmer after a few days, . very happy with it now and really look forward to going to bed knowing it's going to be comfy 👍

Good quality mattress

Great mattress, worth every penny!
I'm very happy with my new Origin mattress. It's very comfortable and made of quality materials. I've replaces my old mattress after about 8 years and the new one gave me a new life quality. Delivery service was superb! They fit perfectly into a delivery slot provided. Overall experience A+++

Great delivery service with calls and texts beforehand to confirm timings and day of delivery.
On the day, great delivery men taking care when delivering and respecting the house by wearing plastic over their shoes.
Mattress is for my mum who suffers from leg pain and arthritis.
