AVOID SUBSCRIPTIONS
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR COFFEE!!!!
They have made it almost impossible to cancel a coffee subscription and put barriers up at every turn.
I ordered a 3 month subscription and tried to cancel, but nowhere on the website was it possible.
I checked my account, my orders, the refunds page, the subscription page.
Even on the refunds page, no mention of how to cancel a subscription, only that you should fill out a form if you want a refund (which doesn't include food products)
Ok then, I emailed them directly.
"Terribly sorry. We can't cancel your subscription, you have to do it online. If you log in, you'll be able to do it there"
So I tried, looked everywhere again, no luck. Emailed them back and got ghosted.
So month 4 comes and I get another bag of coffee. I email them again.
Same response "we can't help you, you have yo do it yourself" So now I reply and say there is nowhere on the website to cancel, and I can send them screenshots from both the website and mobile site to evidence this.
I finally get a reply to say "the cancellation link is in your original subscription email.
In case you've deleted it, I've sent it to you again"
If that isn't underhand (and potentially unlawful) I don't know what is.........
