They offer a one time resizing which is super important because the sizing on their shirts is bizarre. When I inquired they said because it was a second time purchase I was not eligible. So now I have two shirts that don't fit and spent about $300. They do not offer refunds or exchange if a shirt does not fit. You also must pay to ship the shirt back to them if somehow they decide you do fit their eligibility for a resizing. I would not recommend.

Bought one of the pokemon shirts, specifically deoxys. Fabric is super thin and one-side printed, size fits too small, and color on the wesbite doesn't match actual shirt. Looks dark brown online, so I chose dark brown buttons to match. In person, its grey and black, with now brown buttons. Not worth $100.

It has been over 7 weeks and the shirt I ordered has not arrived. They do not respond to texts sent “sms customer service”. There is no way to call anyone to check the status of an order. I had to email them 3 times to get one update and they do not send responses to your email address but post them in a hard to find part of your profile page on their website. I ordered a shirt and paid for it on December 4. The site still says “processing”. The hard to find response to my repeated inquiries said the product was shipped on January 14. It still has not arrived and they have not provided shipping information.

This company sent a shirt that would fit a toddler. The sleeve length is ridiculously short for a long sleeve. Very surprised it was even allowed to be posted, no human would fit into this. Doubt any care or time was taken here, seemed like a rushed process.
