Extremely disappointing experience with OriginalPadel

I placed an order on OriginalPadel and noticed a mistake in my delivery address almost immediately after purchase. I contacted their support right away to correct it, but they refused to help, saying that only UPS could make changes.

Later, I spoke with UPS directly — they confirmed that only the sender (OriginalPadel) can request an address correction, not the receiver. Despite my repeated messages and an open support ticket, the store completely ignored my requests.

As a result, the parcel was sent to the wrong country — the Czech Republic — even though I clearly live in Poland and the delivery country in the order was Poland.

Neither OriginalPadel nor UPS took any responsibility or even tried to fix the issue, although I informed them well in advance.

Very disappointing customer service.
If you make even a small mistake in your order, don’t expect any help — they will just ignore you.

I’m now requesting a full refund, but so far, no action has been taken.

Would not recommend this store to anyone until they seriously improve their communication and support.

Good experience will use again

Good experience will use again.

Ordered a last year model of a padel bat I like to play with (the Nox ML10 Pro Cup LTD 2023) price was quite fair at 150 euros.

Was shipped 1 day after ordering, with UPS standard, which is not the fastest option, but free shipping at 150 euro plus, so fine.

Got my order today, may 16th, so delivery was 10 days, for me this was absolutely fine, I did not expect a super fast delivery, but this can be a turn off for some people, if you are in need of a new bat fast for instance.

I did not see anywhere that very fast delivery was promised, so everything is fine, I only think they should offer an express option for shipping (- maybe I missed this option?) - if I was in a hurry I would most likely be willing to pay a fee for faster shipping.

4 stars not 5 - as obviously 10 days is pretty long to wait for an order within the EU in 2024, but all in all everything went perfectly fine, I ordered, got a confirmation, order was handed to UPS next day, and UPS delivered.
