I tried several AI detector tools and found Originality.ai to be right up there - among the best. The only thing they could improve on is reducing some false positives. Otherwise, an excellent tool with a high level of accuracy.

Originality.ai more reliable and consistent in its results
I had a good experience using Originality.ai so far. thankful for the quick response
I had what I thought might be a false positive, for a paper from one of my students. As I sent the paper through twice, Ellie from Originality caught that and asked if I needed some help. She ran it through a less sensitive iteration, and gave me good advice on how to approach the checkers as a teacher.

The customer service is good. They respond and give you answers, also teaching you how to work with the software because I had some question. I recommend them. The customer service agent, Anna, who I worked with responded very quickly and gave me comprehensive answers that fully answered my questions.

The chat support was great
The chat support was great, but the AI detector said definitely original sentences were AI. Ellie explained a setting which should help it, but since it detected AI writing or AI assist in sentences which had never been run though anything, I am still reserving judgement.
Maybe my brain is artificial. I'll let you know what the neurologist says when I have a chance to check it out.
