Feel upset and dissapointed

I spent a lot of money and very very dissapointed and feel cheated.I went there due to pigmentation.Now my pigmentation worsen and the staff gave me a lot of excuses for it when asked regarding this.They even very pushy to buy and recommended to try a new product each time I went there for my facial.Their product is very expensive and most of the time I bought becuse I thought it helps for my pigmentation but still the same. I decided to stop facial but the staff recommended me to use better product for the facial and I spent one thousand plus for that and seems that there still no change.Recently I rejected buying the product when i went for my facial.When i went away,,I heard the staff commented bad about me behind my back.Unprofessional staff and very very upset..

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, the staff are in your face just want to sell without asking any professional questions regarding your skincare and what you need.
My husband was pushed to buy a product and because it was for me he bought it and it is no use to me as I use natural products that I make.
I will return the product tomorrow. And would ask for money back and I hope that they are not going to give me a headache.

The services are good

The services are good, sobrang ganda ng treatment nila and I can see the results naman after ko magpafacial sa kanila. Mababait din staffs and all.

So I finally got my refund but the…

So I finally got my refund but the sales agent in charged of giving me the refund was unprofessional and condescending. She got angry at me because i ruined the box of the manuka peel and i didnt tell her about it. I got frustrated, i snapped back commenting that well “you didnt ask about the box”. And she was like, you should have told me. I also told them angrily that i opened it that way because i was really planning to use and keep the manuka peel but after two days of using the day cream, my face became so dry and tight and it started to itch a little i got so scared to use all their products. Also i couldnt get over the bad experience i felt after my purchase and facial where they pressured me so much to purchase their stupid gadget. What is frustrating about my refund experience was the unprofessional behaviour of the refund lady named Jean. How dare she get angry about the box and put the blame on me when their company itself is a bunch of lowlife scammers. They dont even disclose the real prices of their products and she even had the nerve to get angry about me not disclosing about the box. They are really trained gaslighters, manipulators and guilt trippers.

So in the end they made me sign this quit claim stating that i cannot sue or file complaints anymore. Lol! It’s obvious they’re aware they’re doing something bad.

Insensitive sales agents

Insensitive sales agents

So awhile ago, at Robinson Galleria Robinson in San Pedro Laguna, there was a sales agent who came to me and rubbed something on my hands. She invited me inside to test a product. Eventually, I got uncomfortable when the boss she called( from Israel based on the Filipino agent) approached us and asked basic questions about me.
What I did not like was her manner of speaking and advertising. She asked me to take off my mask to see my face. I was a bit shy. She told me that she lets me see her face and why didn't I? She said that I did not feel confident about my face.

Please teach your agents good manner and right conduct.

Do you really need to demean someone to purchase your products? The way your agents sell products is frustrating. They are so pushy and not professional. I could have bought one. But since I felt that they invaded and crossed my boundaries, I opted not to buy.

Next time, can you study and apply the ethical principles of marketing? Anyway, that could be the reason why there are no customers in your branch there.

Inside the Origani Store

I’ve been inside the Origani store and I find their store pretty impressive. The staffs are very accommodating. They explain each service they offer and the benefits of their products. Kudos sa staffs!

They are doing the same in Vietnam. Pull and force customers to stop and buy something. I recognise them cause i work in sales as well. Good companies are not selling products this way.

I was pulled into the shop in Queen St…

I was pulled into the shop in Queen St (Auckland) by a pushy sales rep (Daniella). She tried selling me products but as did not need any skincare at the time, I did not buy anything. She then offered me a complimentary facial which I agreed to. The facial was scheduled for a different date and Daniella was not in the shop. I had a very basic facial (about 30 mins) and they told me it would be $500. I told them that I would not be paying anything as it was supposed to be free of charge. The sales rep got very angry. He made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated. This is such a scam. I am thinking about reporting them to the NZ Commerce Commission.

So disappointed and feel cheated

So disappointed and feel
Cheated.
Tried the night cream and now I'm here doing a review. It smells bad. Thick and sticky not at all what i expected. Smells like mild burnt plastic expiry date is 2024. When i was massaging on my face it suddenly felt grainy and started crumbling - drying up in surface of my face instead of being absorbed.
I spent 8,000 pesos to treat myself and splurged. This is what i get.

Rude and pushy sales person

Rude and pushy sales person who wouldn’t even let me walk past without forcing me to come over and look at the products. Do not walk over because you will never leave. She forced me into looking at all these products and offering me these deals. They were still way overpriced. She made me feel extremely anxious and when I said no multiple times she wouldn’t let me leave and kept forcing products in my face. I do not recommend even walking near this shop they will pull you in and won’t let you leave unless you buy something. Extremely unhappy with the service and this brand. I will not be coming again.

I have Loved the Manuka Honey Peel since day 1

I have Loved the Manuka Honey Peel since the first day I used it. Very gentle and soothing but really does a good job exfoliating your skin and getting rid of all the dead cells and dirt. It improved my skin texture and my make up goes on and off much easier than ever.

Really impressed with the Dermassure cleanser

Really impressed with the Dermassure facial cleanser. I used to use cetaphil but I received this as a gift and have never gone back. It has become my main cleanser in my skincare regimen. Really works well for my skin, cleaning it but most importantly not drying it out.
