I am a hearing aid user but my current hearing aids have an issue and after moving I can't find local service, so I thought for $99 I would try Oricle, which turned out to be $164.00. after charging the ORICLE devices I tried them and no matter what volume I set them at they continued to constantly Squelch after inserting into my ears. For the short time I was miraculously able to get them to work they simply amplify sound to levels that are much too loud .
Now the best part (worst). I contacted Oricle to return the devices. They responded several times ignoring my request but offering a $100 bonus to keep them. But the bonus was a credit for other products. after several emails and finally telling them I would write this review they agreed to the refund. But WAIT! They charged me a $72.49 FEE. So, my refund of $164.00 has become $81.55. the math makes no sense because they valued the return at $154.04.
This looks like a total scam, the product is awful. So I am getting 50% of what I paid and they tell me then to KEEP the Product. After all, why would they want trash back. Stay AWAY from this product unless you like being unhappy and wasting your money.

I'm very pleased with the customer service! They made me feel like my hearing was important and it was a simple transaction! I'm thinking if upgrading! Dr. Cindy McMahan was the best! I accidently ordered a second pair but it wasn't an accident, I gave the pair to a friend for her husband who is having hearing problems! I know he will be thrilled with the results!

Your representative connected with me when my credit card company was flagging the purchase as "suspect" and was going to deny payment

I contacted you as soon as my order was delivered. You sent two aids. I only ordered one with an add on extra service . I cannot afford two hearing aids. I wanted to send the extra one back, but not sure how I will be refunded the extra that I paid. I can't remember the extra thing that I ordered, but I'm sure you can go back and find out what it is that I ordered and charge me accordingly, and refund what ever the difference is. Please advise Thank you I am trying to get used to them and have to learn how to adjust the levels to where I need them to be, but it was so good to be able to hear the service in church. Thank you
