I received the new pro aids after the old oricle one gave out. They have much better instructions on using the new version and I have been using them for about a week. I really like them after adjusting the ear guards to fit my ear canal. I think these are better than the first ones. Once I have used these for a month I will have more information.

I purchased the aides in January for $173.17. I was unable to be comfortable with them so I returned them and my credit card was refunded $160.54. I thought the difference was probably shipping/handling/restock.
I used a card that I rarely use so I didn't notice a MONTHLY charge of $17.31 since Feb. It recurred month since. Speaking to customer service today I was told I had never cancelled the "subscription. When I asked why I had a "subscription" on a returned product that I never agreed to all she could say was "Well I'll cancel it now." when I asked for a refund I was told she would "All I can do is cancel"
If this is customer service it is a JOKE.

I've asked several times for a refund because they sent me 2 sets when I only wanted 1 and they keep sending emails saying I need to give the hearing aids time to work! I'm getting the run around. Have to contact the Better Business Bureau to get some action. Don't deal with this company.

simple instructions, takes a little practice like the booklet says. They work quite well for me, but so far I only need them for church so I get the pastors low voices. but, at night, so I don't bother anyone, I use them so I can lower the TV , rather than raise the volume for the concerts I get on ROKU TV. And, there's the low price and fast delivery ---I plan on a second set to keep in my purse.
