The service we received from the contractor was excellent. He was on time started right to work to find out what the problem is we were having with equipment. Once he knew what he needed to make the repair, he was able to get the parts locally which made the repair completed all in the same day.

The tech was punctual, knowledgeable and did a great job.

Call answered promptly. Repair person next day and problem resolved. I was unaware of the $100 "deductible", but I guess it was ok for a plumber call.

They were uick and efficient and fixed the problem.

On time, assessed need for part to repair, went to obtain part, returned and completed repair in a single appt. Staff was very respectful of our time and property.

When it takes 13 visits by three different plumbing companies to correct a leak from a bathtub. First visit on April 15 for leak from second floor bath through living room ceiling. Plumbers replaced drain pipe & installed a "P" trap. when someone took a bath, it still leaked down to the first floor. Second call plumber replaced Tub drain fitting on Sep. 10. Sep. 15, third plumber was shown that tub diverter valve was leaking water to the shower head which dripped water to the edge of the tub where the water ran to the side of the tub & over to the floor where it was still leaking through to the living room ceiling on the first floor. The plumber said that the tub needed new diverter valve & faucet. Plumber then refused to do the work unless I paid for it over & above what I had paid to Old Republic for two work orders for the same unresolved issue. I called a third plumber whom I knew from prior calls in & out of Old Republic contracts. we reviewed the Old Republic contract, and determined with a different Old Republic rep, that the correct repair would be covered by Old Republic. it finally was on Oct. 8th.

Old Republic Home Warranty is a Five Star Rating Company. The representative carefully listened to concerns and issues. Immediately they gave the assigned contractor name and contact number. I highly recommend Old Republic Home Warranty.

The people who work for this company are professionals and well trained. The do an excellent job job in assisting me with companies who do great work on my home! Keep up the good work!

The staff at Old Republic were very nice and helpful but the person that came to repair my dishwasher didn't listen to what I said was going on, didn’t communicate with me very well, didn’t fix it and when I called them back, the person on the phone was nice but I got some strange text message back saying they were waiting for me to call back that there was still a problem. Stupid answer. The dishwasher is still not fixed. I have family coming to visit for the weekend and no dishwasher.

I was able to get a service provider from my area. The first service provider booked was over 40 miles away. I refused that provider and requested one closer to my home.
