I want to sincerely thank the organic best service team for the outstanding support they provided during the delay of my daughter’s formula shipment.

I absolutely understand this kind of situation is out for their control. As a mother, it was very stressful because my daughter depends on this formula every day, and I was worried when the package stopped moving in transit. Box of formula arrived in a cardboard box that is soaked through and musty smelling. There’s water on the formula cans. I do not feel safe using this formula for my baby. No way to return or refund.

Update: given that the formula is soaked in an unknown substance and as a parent I do not feel safe giving this to my baby, Organic’s best was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Our family has been using Holle since 2016. We've ordered from a few websites before but this company definitely stood out. When one of our shipments got delayed due to customs issues, I was able to text them and get a response right away. They sent us a couple of cans to tide us over FOR FREE to make sure we have enough until our order arrives. Unfortunately, when the original order arrived 3 out of 4 cans were dented. I reported this to them. They sent 3 cans as replacement. For the record, neither of these issues is their fault but they gladly followed up and came up with resolutions. Customer service is astounding! Quality of the product is amazing!
