Oreo gingerbread biscuits should taste of ginger and have some ginger in them. Ingredients show there is no ginger just an overload of cinnamon. This is dishonest. Call them cinnamon oreos instead

I bought a package of double stuffed Oreo cookies. They are the classic cookies. When I attempted to contact Oreo on their website and asked for the barcode, I gave him the barcode that asked for the best used by date gave them the best used by date they kept telling me it was incorrect. I verify the information I gave them was correct but over and over and I mean over and over they kept saying the information was incorrect. I then tried to call them of course it’s just a recording. It’s a shame that Oreo cookies are no longer reliable and as good as it used to be before this new company bought them out so sad I will never buy them again

I have been eating Oreos for @ 40 years now.
LATELY...my last 10 purchases over the last 5 months or so MY cookie packages have ALL HAD AT LEAST 6-10 BROKEN COOKIES PER PACK! I don't know about you all but I dunk mine in my coffee or milk and cracked cookies disintegrate in liquid! I do not like paying for broken ANYTHING how about you all????

Could not be more frustrated! Errors in order process (i’m a programmer- you guys can do MUCH BETTER on your website). Process issues when trying to correct error codes & order creation. Promotions misleading, cuz promo codes don’t work. Was excited to create the perfect personalized photo oreo father’s day gift but after 6 attempts AND FAILS at the odrwr process… i give up. Oreo, you can do better!!!

Oreos always has always touched my heart since I was young. I love all the new flavors they create, and the mystery ones they release. I ordered the new flavor of Oreos out since I love trying the new flavors. I bought 4 packs which I shared with my co-workers and family members and they all enjoyed the unique flavor. The only thing that I didn't like was the shipping fee of $22 for the minimum. I was going to only buy 2 packs, but I bought 4 since the shipping was expensive so I wanted it to be worth it. I know shipping usually costs a decent amount, but jeez that standard fee was pricey. I still love the products they make though.

If y'all have come down to having to use people with tattoos all over their face as a product endorsement for your company Oreos this country has come to a sad low I mean really maybe the young people think that's cool but I think it's gross and disgusting

I ordered the post Malone oreos. 4 cookies for 10.00 plus automatic fed ex shipping for 2 ro 4 day delivery for 10.21 more than the cookies. I received an email stating a shipment is on the way. However the tracking seems to be fraudulent as all it says is package on the way. Fed ex always lists exact locations and dates. This tracking has no info and says date pending for receiving package. Why was I charged 10.21 shipping from fed ex promised 2 to 4 days and now oreo.com seems to be radio silent.also claims weight is over 2 lbs. For 4 cookies?? I am so tired of being scammed. Thought I was safe with a company such as oreo. Disgusting

Recently ordered two packs for promotional price of $5 or 6 for two. I went to check out and was suddenly checked out without any way of getting postage costs before finishing. There was no place to get cost before I was checked out. I thought I would have the courtesy of shipping costs like EVERY OTHER COMPANY I EVER ORDERED FROM. It was over $10 and I would have cancelled had I known. To me, this is almost a SCAM

Let's say very disappointed long time customer. I noticed the package has gotten smaller.
Your party package was reduced to the family package size. I also noticed the double stuff. It's the size of the single. The single is now thin sized. Maybe I will just buy the store brand. They haven't cut down yet. If your consumers all stop buying your products you will hear us.

Bought a bag of regular Oreos. The cookie part was very hard, not crispy and flavorless. There was almost no filling in the middle and the taste was off. The quality of the cookies have gone way down in the past year. I even contacted customer service to let them know how disappointed I was. They said it must have been a storage issue?? All they are doing now is feigning ignorance as to why their cookies taste so bad now. I will not purchase them again, I’m done with Oreo!

Very disappointed that you cut down on the cream filling in your regular Oreos, Seems companies are more worried about money than the consumer. 😥

I have been eating oreo cookies my entire life. But I refuse to buy one more package of these garbage laden cookies ever again. Once they started using Bioengineered food products in their cookies they sealed their fate. Most people don't realize the significance of Bioengineering, but there are more and more people waking up and researching. All I can say is Oreo you made a critical decision to use bioengineered ingredients in your cookies. A decision someday you will regret. People, wake up and demand ALL food companies to quit putting poison in our food.

Color of the sprinkles and the print is poison - after one bite , I could not wash off of toddlers fingers for days. Bad print of the photos on cookies, smashed something not even visible. Taste is not the same. For 20 cookies we paid $100 and it took them forever to send, party was long over before they got to us. Don't waste you money on this - bad bad bad. Just bad....
