My husband and I have had a difficult year battling several medical issues and dealing with the stresses that come with a young and growing family. We needed to escape and reconnect, restart and refocus our marriage and our lives together. This was a great trip! The unit was clean, check in and out was easy, everything was as promised. We enjoyed the kitchen--fully stocked with spices, can openers, crab crackers--everything you could need at the beach! There were a few games, a deck of cards, and the bed was truly as comfortable as our own at home. We spent an entire day just lounging around and enjoying the place. Can't beat the location this time of year, there are tons of community events and great little shops to explore in Lincoln City. Overall, a great, relaxing place to let ourselves unwind and remember why we're married.

Oregon Beach Vacations matched all my requirements for my stay with a home that fit my budget. I had some special services needed for a grandma with limited mobility and they were able to search through their database and find a perfect fit. House was well maintained and exactly as stated in ad. Thank you for making our trip pleasurable and smooth.

We loved our stay here. The condo was beyond what we expected! We won't stay anywhere else in Newport.

But there were some issues: the instructions said to find the pool key on the key ring - we looked and read all documents in the unit - no key rings. Called the contact number and they read us the code to open the door. Instructions said to register the car so it would't be towed - no one was in the office which was supposed to be open from 10:00 to 5:00 during our stay. The DVD player did not work and the drain were very sluggish. But, we totally enjoyed being at the beach anyway.

The view to the beach is awesome. Could use a little updating. Also some deep cleaning. One of the neighbors condo was broken into. So fyi make sure you lock everything. We did enjoy our stay.

You never know when you pick something online and had not used this company before. It worked great. The house was great, we had a good time. We will use Oregon Beach Vacations again for sure!!!!

Everything went smoothly-- directions to the place, entrance directions, it was all clear and went well!

It seemed everyone was saying to get out of the area, it wasn't safe, the
Storm of a lifetime was coming, their was no one to talk to at the resort..but neighboring resorts were shutting down and evacuating, two hurricanes had already hit the area, they were expecting 10 more, local authorities we asking people to leave.. So I took my 10 yr old grandson, and left, to be safe. I emailed the Oregon beach vacations, of our departure. Their was no one to talk to...
I felt I should have received a refund of all or part of the two days we payed for,we didn't use the unit at all.
But after leaving several messages, dean McElveen sent a email saying sorry we can't refund within 30 days,
I so glad the storm didn't turn out as bad, as expected, but I felt better not being in the way of any , emergency responders.

This condo was very comfortable to stay in. It had all the things you'd have at home, for the most part. There is a full kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. Also has a dishwasher. The aesthetics in the condo were adorable and made the place more inviting. There is a gas fireplace with a 60 min timer. Very quiet and has an excellent view of the bay from the balcony. It's in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of little shops as bars. The casino is less than a 10 minuet drive. There is a Safeway or an IGA to purchase groceries. I was more than pleased with this place. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and I would for sure stay here again. *SideNote: This particular condo is on the 3rd floor so it does get very warm after awhile. Even with all the heaters and the fireplace turned off. There is a small oscillating fan but I found opening both the front door and the sliding door helped cool the condo down fast.

VBRO was great! Quick easy no hassle rentals. We didn't have to drive out of our way to return or pick up the key because they had a pin of with a code on the door to unlock. The house was very clean and well maintained. We stay the the coast a lot and this is by far our favorite place thus far. Will defiantly reccomend to friends and will be back next year!

Nice place, very easy to walk to the beach and down the prom. We will use this plce again!

End unit on ground floor. Kitchen equipped well. Minimal furnishings, seating for 3 - 4 in living area. Comfortable bed. Could use some updating but is functional as is. Enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had a great time,beautiful views,our condo was very nice and reasonably priced..

Was a very nice clean condo on the third floor of the complex. There were very little kitchen supplies no spices at all which was different,however the overall experience was great.. the one thing I would say is the Oregon beach vacation needs to tell renters where the elevator is because I never found it..

Great place with a great View! Kitchen needs some tall drink glasses and a cookie sheet. Lady answering phones very friendly and helpful. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms. Mike was there within a half hour. Very nice and friendly.

No trouble making the reservation. Easy to use website, can book through the website, with upfront fees. I did call the reservations line to get a passcode to get into the house since the welcome email did not contain one. I did have trouble getting someone on the line through existing reservations, but was able to reach someone through the option for new reservations. The rep was pleasant, and accommodating. Overall very pleased with the booking process for OBV. Will def consider booking with them in the future.

We were fortunate to be at the coast with a very violent storm forcasted to hit. The storm was a bust, but the facilities were not. Clean, neat, everything worked, and well stocked. A the views, fantastic.

The house is in a good quite location, close to the beach walking distance . Great patio
Only thing not sure if it's becuase its fall time but it's missing patio furniture .. And a BBQ would be a good thing to have
