I ordered a jacket and a jersey from there and both arrived safely and in perfect condition. I‘ve already worn the jacket so many times and am so in love with the design and how it fits.
All the information you need is provided on the website. You can look at the size chart and compare it with your own measurements to make sure it fits well since they also clearly warn you that they don’t do returns or refunds. So if people are saying that that was the problem with the business, it‘s clearly not the business‘s fault since they tell you everything you need to be aware of to decide whether you wanna order or not.
Also one thing you need to know depending on which country you order from is that you might have to pay tariffs, but you should generally be aware of that then ordering from the U.S.
So overall i can confirm that OrdinaryAffair is safe to order from and very reliable, i can definitely recommend :)

Do Not Buy from Ordinary Affair.
I really wanted to love this $130 jacket and support an LA business, but my experience was unheard of. The size I ordered didn’t fit, so I reached out warmly asking for an exchange and offered to pay for shipping. I received a short, impersonal response telling me I “should have checked the size chart” and that they do not offer refunds or exchanges.
For a $130 item, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The quality may look nice online, but if the fit isn’t right or you have any issues, you’re on your own. I still cannot believe how they treat first-time customers. Worst online shopping experience.
