The order export and organisation makes it much easier for me to manage my expense requests and for the end of financial year tax returns.

I like that it exports easily to a CSV file or Excel and I can import it into my accounting software pretty easily, or attach the file to my expense claims. I used to have to do this by hand which took a long time especially in the months where I would order a lot.

I wish that they would support a single account plan because I only have 1 amazon account, and I wish they supported other store regions too.

I found an error in their program that occurs when an Excel file is exported, in that it changed some of the column headers and printed values that made totaling the column(s) inaccurate. Because I had no way to reach out to them, it made using the program useless. I rate this one as a near miss- they could easily correct the error if I could reach them...

UPDATE!!
Good news! I received a prompt reply from the owner and problems have been resolved. In the program, click your name in the upper right, click on "Help" and a drop down bubble will lead to contact info and/or chat.

As well, there is a "workaround" on the export that will get an accurate total tax paid over a period of time. When you click on "Export", uncheck the box that says "Show Items" - that will prevent the tax paid column from repeating the total order sum.

All in all, IMO this program works and is worth the price if you are a seller or if you only use it episodically as a buyer on Amazon.

I wish Ordigo would do the same magic on my credit cards!
