Great plugin with super support
I used the Orderable demo to test it before purchasing 10 licenses to make sure it was right for what I needed. Once purchased, there were some tweaks that made things even better for single-location takeaways, and the support team replied quickly and checked that their solution was fit for my purpose. I am happy I chose this plugin and would highly recommend it to others.

I dont have words to mention how worst their support, I contacted them many many times, but no one responded. I was stucked at some point that I wanted to show the date and time Widget the in the page I've created but its just showing in checkout, and I requested many times but no one replied.

I have checked our helpdesk and I cannot find any tickets from you. As we do not have your email address, it is difficult to locate any tickets you may have sent in using a different name, however from what I can see using searches for your name, we haven't received any.
We respond to all customer tickets, so this is unusual, and I would like to get to the bottom of this matter.
Please respond to the request for information that I have sent through TrustPilot.
UPDATE: After receiving the contact information on October 15th, I can confirm that no tickets were received in our system. However, a submission through our support form on the website was raised on October 13th, which has not created a support ticket in our system. I have asked our web team to investigate this matter.

Great plugin for restaurant
This is actually the best plugin for food online ordering. Not perfect, but way better than the others.

Good app, perfect support
App performs exactly like you expect it to. To customize the layout I did need to use some custom CSS, but I don’t see that as a problem. The support team is also really helpful and quick (1 working day) to respond.

Great plugin, amazing support!
Orderable is the most complete order/restaurant plugin i have ever seen. The Free Version will get you started and the Pro Version enabled us to create a advanced ordering system that suit our every need.
The support team is quick to respond. And for the Pro Version users there is a active facebook group where users and developers exchange ideas or offer sollutions.
Amazing plugin!

Great Plugin
It is a very useful Plugin when you want to use it for catering-service or just to manage your products in a better way.
We struggled at some stages in the settings, but the support was great! We recieved our answers quick and easy to understand.
