I am dissatisfied with about 5% of the order: they shipped some sprouted bulbs of allium (the site described them as dormant bulbs, not plants).
I had to wait a month to plant them and I store them correctly; they wrote to plant immediately on the packet but not knowing about it I didn't check and they totally dried out.
That was quite annoying because I knew they were shipping some fritillaria bulbs which they advised to plant right away, I could have done the same if they adveritised it.
The customer service seemed unable or unwilling to do anything about it.
Occasionally a few other bulbs were dried or bruised, though not a lot. I advise to check carefully every item the very moment the shipment arrives.
