Just like everyone else. made an order online at the start of april.
Paid extra for faster shipment, no response or delivery.
these fools need to be tracked down and delt with for scams like this at a times like this

Same as everyone else - I paid £50 and product has not arrived and they are not contactable.

Does anyone know of any reliable online pharmacies?

Placed an order on April 10, 2020, 7 weeks later and no delivery. Tried calling and emailing, no response. Stay away from this place. Was able to get charges reversed by credit card company.

Ordered 2 months ago and never received ordered. Tracking # given is not able to be found on any of the Tracking sites and no response to phone calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have the same experience as most of you in this review.
Got paid, received a fake tracking number and nothing comes.
It has been over a month now.

Sorry to see there are more people becoming victims of fraud from these scam pharmacy sites. It appears that everyone is buying the drugs from different websites (I bought it from a site called liabilis.com and then it has an APP called RxASAP) and they are using ORDER-CS to send all the fake confirmations and the tracking numbers.

This place is an absolute scam. Placed an order over 7 weeks ago. Paid for expedited shipping. My credit card was charged within 24 hours. It took 2 weeks to get a tracking number and the shipping status has not changed in over a month now. Phone calls and emails to customer service go unanswered and "Live Chat" is an oxymoron. DO NOT waste your time and money with this sham company.

Same as most people on this site, ordered 2 months ago and nothing, tracking number doesn't work, they say to contact USPS but they can't track their numbers

Ordered Antibiotics Costing £60. Complete scam tracking numbers for order are fake. Warning do not order from this Bogus site

Just received notification that my shipment has landed in NY, USA. It took a little over 6 weeks to get to US and it’ll be a total of 7 weeks before it gets to me but hey at least I know it’s coming now. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered and every time it’s come in 3 weeks and has been exactly what it claimed to be. Customer service has been crap but what are you going to do.

I hope this gives some peace of mind to people.

Order placed for medication on 06/04/20. Despite an order number being generated and a tracking number. Nothing received. Click for Live support initially connected where you speak with an advisor who engages but nothing is done. last 'advisers' name was 'Zlatan Kovocic' which is a couple of footballers names put together!! I also know my details were taken from this order and multiple transactions were subsequently made on this credit card which had only this site as a previous transaction. Looks legitimate, but Order at your own risk. I received nothing.

Update; order finally arrived 2 months later

"Miss Carrie Walker" or whoever is behind Order-cs.com... your SCAM is a CRIME.

I had to order some important medication, in the midst of Corona back at the end of April - now I discover I've been given a FAKE order number, tracking numbers, phone line. They've heartlessly not responded to my last 5 emails either.

I wish I had read this link before :(

I am now £350 out of pocket, and now having to re-source and order medication from somewhere else. Order-cs.com do you consider the unemployed in your schemes? You should be ashamed. I lose faith in humanity at the very idea that there is someone behind order-cs.com intending to wrong and steal from medication-seekers in this time.

Order never showed and then $2,000 was charged on my credit card.

SCAM. Got screwed out of $400 by PROMOMEDS.NET
ORDER-CS sent a fake tracking number that never started working.
Been waiting a month, got a fake tracking number that never started working. I contacted them, never heard back . Researched too late, found this forum of people going through the same situation.

This is a Scam, they will take your information then they will use it to withdraw make unauthorized charges later on.

Im sorry didnt see all this reviews before. They stole my money, more than one month waiting with a fake tracking number.
3 emails and final chat with them just saying that I have to go to USPS to ask when the track says is in hong kong!!!

They have to do a lot better to convince their customers they are genuine.

Giving people tracking number that doesn't work or promising that they will send tracking number and not doing so, doesn't do much to convince.

When you call the customer service number on their site, it shows you are calling a 'Austin Cawley' and doesn't ever get picked up.

Even when they call through, their number is automatically flagged up as a potential fraud!

What about people who ordered before covid-19 started, 2019, and they said they didn't receive any product?

I emailed the customer service through the order confirmation email that they sent, asking them to either refund my money or send me a tracking code; guess it was easier to refund and I got my money back, less than the amount I paid obviously because of exchange rate!

I'm not going to tell them how to run their business but they need to do better to allay people's fear of being scammed.

And all the people giving them 5 star reviews, 3 people coincidentally, after loads more people started complaining about this site! Please understand that you are not doing anything to help innocent people from having their hard-earned money stolen from them. Your reviews aren't convincing!!!

I am a indépendant user. I understand everyone's frustration with the delay in shipment. I too am experiencing a delay in the shipments ordered last month. It has passed 30 days now. I just received an email from them acknowledging that the deadline has been exceeded. However I must be fair to them to confirm their legitimacy in fulfilling orders made prior to the pandemic. They have fulfilled all my orders in 2019.

Fake!! After I placed my order over a month ago, I got a confirmation by mail with order number and tracking number that doesn’t exist in the logistic carrier site.
Sent them an email two days ago and no reply.
Don’t fall for this site!! It’s a SCAM!
Good thing I’m using PayPal but still 29$ gone. It’s really annoying!
