ORCA Plumbing and Heating Reviews 

I was recommended ORCA by a friend. I had a leak - so called at 1530 to see when someone could come round over the coming days. I was told someone was finishing a job nearby and could be with me by 1600. By 1640 the leak was fixed by the super friendly Gavin. Thanks ORCA

I've used Orca before, so I was expecting to be satisfied with their work. I wasn't disappointed, and in fact was delighted with their attention to detail, and their determination to make sure the job was done well.

Their staff were – as ever – cheerful, friendly, professional, and helpful, with Tony monitoring everything to make sure that I was happy.

Excellent service and great customer service

Orca were quick to respond to my initial email seeking a gas safe engineer to fit a new cooker with gas hob. They provided a competitive quote for the work and were extremely accommodating in being able to come to my property on a day I requested. The work was carried out by James very professionally and courteously with the final cost in line with the initial quote. I am happy to have used a local company and would recommend to all.

Gavin and his work colleague were friendly and considerate. They did a good job assessing the problem on the call out. Took their time to work out the problem with the Saniflo. Cleaned up afterwards. Gavin then came out a couple of days later to fit a new one and everything is working well. As company they are always considerate and clear with their pricing. I would recommend them.

I had a leaking tap in my kitchen and it was fixed by Gavin. He arrived on time and was polite and extremely professional.

ORCA were recommended to me by my neighbour. I received a visit soon after contacting them to survey the work required. This was to install a Hive system to control my heating.
The work was completed to an excellent standard.

Callum was informative, friendly and polite. He completed the job and kept us informed of what he needed to do. He went the extra by going to get a replacement lid as this had been ordered incorrectly.

We recently used Orca again for replacement of radiator and for unblocking bath and pipework. On both occasions there was good communication with Tony and team. They arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend.
