Due to an operation could not get upstairs easily. Downstairs toilet broken. Called ORCA plumbing, very helpful on phone from start to finish. Called back the same day having reviewed photos I sent, explained what they needed to do and broke down the costs. Arrived within 24 hours - smart uniformed and polite plumbers - explained what they were going to do and got job done. Would recommend this company every time. Thanks guys.

Once again, easy and convenient appointment arranged in advance. Having provided photographs and relevant information, Tony was able to identify the parts required to refurbish a heated towel rail needing a new bleed vent and blanking cap. His team arrived on time with the parts, replaced them and tested the towel rail, all for a very reasonably cost.
As ever, a very friendly, professional and efficient company to invite into my home.

Excellent service from Chris and Calum. They were able to explain in details what work would need to be carried out. They provided me with ongoing quotes and explained the whole process. They arrived promptly and fixed the outdated sink pipes and connected my washing machine perfectly, fit new radiator valves to all radiators and install a new chrome towel radiator, fix the toilet cistern and service the boiler. They also identified some cracks on the shower tray whilst installing new shower trim. I was so pleased with the high standard of workmanship and quality of materials used. I felt confident enough to go ahead and sign up for the OCRA Boiler service Plan. Thank you Chris and Calum.

Discovered cistern had a leaky joint on Thursday evening. Reported to Orca just after 9.00 am next morning and fixed by 1.00 pm. Excellent service.

The person who took my call was kind, helpful and very helpful. I was fitted into the schedule with alacrity. The plumber who came (Callum) was incredibly efficient and explained the issues clearly to me.
