Oder was delivered incorrectly. Contacted customer service explaining problem. They asked for details with pictures. I was asking for a partial credit card reimbursement appropriately. They have ghosted me and no monetary adjustment. Online shopping is risky be careful and don’t shop with OrcaJump.
placed an order from OrcaJump on November 9, 2025 (Order Number: 003233214480) and paid £62.95, but I still haven’t received my jacket or any clear shipping updates. I reached out to customer support but haven’t received a helpful response so far.
This has been disappointing, especially after waiting this long without any tracking information. I expect better communication and a more reliable shipping process from an online store.

My daughter ordered a dress in Feb 2025. It looked nothing like what was portrayed on the website and the size was way off as well. We returned it immediately with postal tracking. They received it, but six months later they still have not refunded the amount for the dress. Their customer service is belligerent and keeps coming up with new fees to deduct and yet still never processes the refund. This site is 100% a scam.
I ordered a number of items, which were too small. Despite the fact I have not worn any of them and they are still in their original packaging, they refuse to replace or refund them. It's a total con. Being based in China, their sizes are not to \european standards. Avoid them!
