The agent, Jessica was very kind and patient with me as I went from wanting to cancel a flight to not cancel and back again. She listened, was ok with me putting HER on hold while working things out on my end and all the while was kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered, and my needs were taken care of. She is a great example of great customer service.

I was scattered and didn't have all the info she needed. She was so kind and patient. She helped me find everything needed then patiently talked me through Many options!!

Ramsey was so efficient and made our booking so easy! He was polite and patient and helped us make the most out of our long flight! We will use him in all future bookings!

Joey was very helpful. After being told by two other agents there was no way for me to use the credits from my weather related ticket cancellation Joey stepped up and helped me get a new ticket using the credits I was owed. He was kind, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. If Joey work d for me I would promote him and give him a big raise. He really represents your company with professionalism and honor. Jenny's patience and friendliness was evident and surprised me further when she tried various ways to secure the best times and dates for me. She is certainly a people person and deserves recognition for the work she puts into her job. My experience was exceptionally positive with ORBTickets. I am in Trinidad and Tobago. My mother is in Fort Lauderdale. With Katherine's very professional help, I was able to book a confirmed flight for her to depart in the next twenty four hours. Maira was a great help! She helped us through a challenging time when we were informed that our flight was canceled and that we were bring charged a fee. She took the time to speak to management and help us get fees waived, which we truly appreciate.
