I've bought from them before and never had a problem but unfortunately that wasn't the case this time.

I do admit that I glanced at T+C but it's more the customer service side that I'm most disappointed with.

I placed an order for a canvas for my sisters new home and used a photo off Facebook (I never realised that it wouldn't work). The next day I got a text saying my item was on hold and I had to resend the picture which I did straight away. Four days passed and I heard nothing so sent a chaser email. The reply I got basically said my email was no where on their system (in other words trying to say my email wasn't sent) and could I send another photo no apology or explanation. Did it again and was told they couldn't do it as the photo was too small. I asked for a refund and was told to read 6.6 of T+C which states that any cancelled order is still chargeable for 25%....I wasn't cancelling they couldn't fulfil my order. I was told I had to pay 25% for a refund or that they would print it but it would be poor quality (I don't quite understand why they would want to do that). So have been charged £6.00 for someone to open an order see its too small and press hold. Oh and putting it on hold was apparently a good will gesture. Where I work a good will gesture is saying sorry/making it right and not leaving our customers out of pocket. A good will gesture would be to not charge 6.00 but hey what do I know?

My advice to orbit print is too make it clearer to their customers. Make sure it's on payment page about the cancellation fee (most people don't read T+C). Also the picture size advisor (which I still haven't found on website) should be easier to find. Also teach your advisors a little bit of customer service....'I'm sorry I'm not sure what has happened but we haven't received your email' than 'I've been unable to find any email can you send it again'.

i had a 'letterbox' shaped photo (120 x 44 cm) I wanted to have printed, but struggled to find an online company who could cope with this. Orbit Print have a 'custom' option which meant I could have the canvas made to exactly fit my photo. The customer service was very good and the whole process was well handled - even when I had to have a replacement because the canvas had slight folds on it where it had pressed against the frame. The replacement was perfect.

The customer service was amazing and I received my canvas in perfect condition, the print was really great quality, overall extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks again Orbit Print

I ordered a couple of prints for a friends birthday and was pleased that there was the option to buy frames too as I intended to frame the myself.

When the order arrived the frames were dreadful! The flimsiest clip frames with Perspex rather than glass.

I ended up buying new frames and re-presenting the pictures in their new home. The recipient was pleased with the end result.

A definite waste of time and money

The canvas I ordered was excellent quality and was delivered 2 days earlier than expected. Would definitely use Orbit Print again. Well done guys.

Purchased a number of canvas prints of different sizes. A couple were rather big so needed photos to be grabbed from Dropbox rather than uploaded directly to the orbit print website which was no problem. They were all printed perfectly and arrived in one piece on the date indicated when ordering. What more could I ask for?

I was really impressed by the super fast turnaround and delivery of my superb canvas. I selected an option to be send a proof of my artwork and I dealt one-to-one over email, many thanks to Geraint.

I sent through the highest quality image I could and as a result I now have a great quality print! The quality of the mounting and wood frame was fantastic value for money.

I will definitely be ordering again soon.

I was unsure of how my order would come as it was only a cropped screenshot and idecided never used orbit print before but when it arrived it was better than expected. I picked the largest size canvas and I can't stress how cheap I got this and how amazing the quality is. I will definitely be ordering again and have recommended orbit print to all my friends and family.
