Straightforward no BS rental
The rental office in Athens was conveniently located and opened on time. A nice surprise is that they gave us exactly the car we asked for, not an “or similar”. The staff were helpful. The car was a little banged up but I prefer that to a new car with absolutely no scratches. Our little car was great and used almost no petrol. And the price was a good deal. Returning the car was a little tricky as we had to find a park near the rental office.

Bottom of the barrel experience
Their “instant confirmation” promise turned out to confirmation that I’d requested a booking & might have to wait a few days to see if it was actually available??? Next day they claimed my request wasn’t available so they had booked me a far less desirable alternative..
Checked elsewhere & found there was no shortage of availability for the car I’d originally requested. Also found the alternative deal that Orbit proposed was about 50% cheaper than the price they’d offered me.
To be fair, the one thing Orbit did right was refunding when I rejected their proposal.

Pricing and availability can also change dynamically across different platforms and suppliers depending on timing, inventory, and booking conditions.
