Fake promotion & using a fake review system to only promote good reviews (bad ones being removed)

I have made an order on this website, it was a crinckled top from Notes du nord, when i wanted to put on the top i found out a small tear just below the armpit that was difficult to notice from the first sight especially that the top fabric was crinckled, i tried to communicate with the store to find a solution even a partial refund. The store didn't respond to my emails, at the same time i was requested to share my shopping experience on trustpilot so i wrote about my experience, next day i got a kind reply from orangebag but in trustpilot site because my review is public, they claimed that they haven't received my complaint and asked me to contact them. I did contacted the store again based on their request on trustpilot through their website and sent photos for the completely new defected top that still has its tag attached. They have replayed by saying we are not going to respond to your complaint before you edit your feedback on trustpilot!! They requested me to fake my review before solving my problem. What kind of stores is this!! For me buying from orangebag was a stressful experience as well as a lost of money, time and effort. The site is not taking some responsibility for shipping a defected item for a customer. I regert spending a considerable amount of money to buy a defected top from orangebag.
