The brush itself is very average and I feel like although it was in offer unless you pay much more the brushes aren't that good. I am a dental hygienist just to give this some perspective. I actually considered sending the brush back.

The new brush is very quiet. The heads appear to be more expensive and the old heads do not fit the new brush! Overall happy, having been a long time Oral b user.

Satisfactory
Quality is good but the brush bristles are very hard, should have given option to select soft brush.
Secondly, the motor isn't always consistent it lags sometimes which is annoying as I wasn't expecting it from a brand like OralB.
Overall It's satisfactory.

Good product but longevity of previous models and cost a concern.
All previous handles have worn out after 3 years with the same fault and Oral- B has no repair capability.
