Absolutely disgusting experience with…

Absolutely disgusting experience with Orag Pay 😡😡

I paid them for a Google Ads account and got NOTHING in return. The moment they received my money, everything changed
slow replies, excuses, and eventually complete silence. It honestly feels like a straight up scam.

What makes it worse is that after digging around, I’m seeing similar complaints from others too. Clearly this is not a one-time issue. This looks like a pattern, and that is very concerning 🚩🚩

I feel completely cheated and frustrated. My money is gone and there is zero accountability from them. No delivery, no proper communication, nothing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ❌
DO NOT TRUST THEM ❌

Save yourself the stress, time, and money. I wish I had never dealt with Orag Pay 😡

Orag pay is a a fat scam

Orag pay is a a fat scam and unprofessional virtual card service provider, they have very poor customer service, they scammed me off my money ($500) and don’t reply to my request for a refund, saying all these with enough proof, I just need to identify a representative to be able to sue them but so far they’re a big scam website

fraudulent site , you all should be careful

Orag Pay has been a terrible experience. They deducted $50 from my MoMo account and claim it’s stuck in a closed card. I requested a transfer to my new active card but it was declined, and they are still holding my money. Their support is unhelpful, and phone calls don’t go through. Very disappointing service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Orag Pay. I topped up my Visa card, only to later receive an email that the card had been closed. The money was still deducted from my MoMo account, but never credited to my new active card. I was instructed by support to request a transfer from the closed card, which of course was declined. How can funds be sent to a card that was already closed?

On top of that, their customer support has been unhelpful — my calls do not go through, and I keep receiving vague responses without a real solution. At this point, my money is being unfairly held, and I feel completely let down by this service.

I cannot recommend Orag Pay based on my experience. Transparency and reliable customer service are clearly lacking.

I got scammed. Don’t make the same mistake.

I’m honestly beyond angry. I sent $20 in USDT to OragPay hoping to try out their so-called “virtual card” service. It’s been days — no card, no response, absolutely nothing. It’s like they just vanished with my money.

And here's the kicker — they charge nearly $3 just to check your balance. Yes, just to check your own balance. Nowhere on their site, their terms, or privacy policy is this mentioned. It’s shady, dishonest, and feels like they’re just looking for ways to squeeze more money out of people.

Customer service? What a joke. Took forever to reply, and when they did, they were rude, short, and acted like I was the problem. No apology, no help, no accountability. Just attitude.

I’ve dealt with sketchy platforms before, but this one takes the cake. OragPay is a scam. Full stop. New website, zero transparency, and they’re just out here robbing people in broad daylight. I lost $20 — not a fortune, but it’s the principle. They don’t deserve your trust, your time, or your money.

Avoid them like the plague.

Good Service

Good Service, however, improve the speed of the balance requests. Sometimes I take up to 3 minutes to get an email.

not satisfied at all

thanks for this plate form i have some observations to make
your customer service is too poor i have written so many emails to you guys but it keeps failing
secondly the number you put on your contact is not always going through and your workers who pick up the calls are so rude and impolite to customers which is so bad .if a customer has a worry it is their please to be calm and listen so as to give directives but that is not what is done ,so am very disappointed with that services and the receiver was a male to be precise.

Grosse Arnaque/Big scam

Don't even try, they're thieves. When you make a large top-up, they no longer allow you to check your balance or make online purchases. Customer service is phantom, they don't respond to customer concerns other than to say your email has been blocked.
It's a big scam. My $53 is still there

Warning: Big Red Flag – Do NOT Use This Credit Card Issuer!

I had a terrible experience with this issuer, and it's a huge red flag. There's no physical address or reliable contact information, which is a major concern. They seem completely unreliable from the start.

When I loaded more than $10 onto the card, I never heard from them again—no response, no customer service, nothing. They might work if you deposit less than $10, but any more, and you're out of luck. It's clearly a scam.

Don't fall for this! Do not trust them with your money—you'll regret it.
