Would not recommend - incorrect delivery and zero customer service

Would not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible. I wonder if the holiday period has had any impact on my experience, but here goes:
Regarding the delivery of goods, I received a package which was not what I ordered. I was expecting a pair of trousers, and I received what appears to be a T-shirt. I have not yet opened the package which shows two different addresses. So, I have an unwanted T-shirt which hasn’t arrived at its destination, and I still have not received the pair of trousers I ordered. That was on the 17th December, therefore I decided to make contact with OQIUM to rectify the situation as follows:
17th December: I sent an email to the customer service email address. No response.
19th and 22nd December: I twice made contact via the ‘contact us’ form on their website No response at all – not even an automated message to confirm that my messages had been received.
19th December: I sent a message on Instagram on the same subject. No reply.
19th December: I made four telephone calls to the Amsterdam store but there was no answer at any time.
And today, I received a request to review their service. So, there it is, and these details will also be shared with PayPal to request a full refund of over 80€

I sent 3 emails on December 13th…

I sent 3 emails on December 13th because they didn't include a pair of trousers in the order I placed and they made a mistake by sending me a short t-shirt instead of a sweatshirt. To date, still nothing.

I've ordered an item but received another item. I've contacted them multiple times, every time someone tells me that they will help me, but then nothing happens. I am still waiting to get my money back

Avoid if ordering from UK

Shoes didnt fit and paid for an expensive return via UPS (fine, thats a risk taken). Now stuck at customs in Eindhoven despite including the forms provided by Oqium. No response from Oqium, 90 quid down currently. UPS similarly unhelpful. Its not worth ordering from UK if this will occur
