I got the hair for my birthday cruise and I love it. I’ve went swimming multiple times and the hairs quality has been great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM OQ HAIR I am extremely disappointed with my experience with OQ Hair. I ordered a wig that took three weeks to arrive, only for it to show up with a significant bald spot on the closure and a broken clip.

I decided to try to make the best of the situation, but on my very first day of wearing the wig, it began shedding more and more. I did not add any products to the hair or do anything to it other than brush it and run my hands through it. Despite that, it shed like crazy, to the point where the wig is now completely unwearable because of the amount of hair that has fallen out from the closure. There are bald spots everywhere!

I contacted OQ Hair immediately and provided pictures and videos documenting the issue. The only thing they offered me was a $20 refund on a unit that cost $254, on a wig that I didn't even get a single full day of wear out of because of the poor quality.

I have been wearing wigs for over 15 years and have never experienced anything like this. I have never had a wig this poorly made or experienced this level of shedding after barely wearing it.

Please do yourself a favor and think twice before ordering from this company. I will also be researching where I can report this company because I feel completely ripped off and defrauded out of money that I work hard for.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way OQ Hair handled my complaint. $20 is not an acceptable resolution for a $254 wig that arrived in poor condition and shed to the point where it is completely unwearable after one day. OQ hair also has removed my negative review from their website so I’m assuming they have done this to other unhappy customers as well so beware when buying based on website reviews so do yourself a favor by doing additional research if you are considering purchasing.

I caught a sale with OG Hair! They delivered in a timely manner and the packaging was so cute! I am currently wearing the 3 bundle Premium Burmese Curly Crochet Human Hair. The hair is soft and lite. Little to no tangles. A quick spray of water and a swipe with a brush and you are good to go! No to mention it is GORGEOUS😍 I will definitely be ordering again!

The shipping was fast but I don't feel like I got what was illustrated. I always buy 3 bundles of miracle hair and my head is always very full from other vendors. The 3 bundles that they sell is not enough and they know it. My hair looks boneless and who wants to order more bundles and make another hair appointment and pay twice? Most importantly, the hair smells extremely fishy. The hair is soft and it doesn't matte like other vendors , but it just stinks so bad and it's not enough. And yes I washed the hair TWICE already. Still fishy!!

Nice unit.... no foul smells, hair barely sheds if at all, nice soft, natural looking and feeling.
My only negative is that they didn't ship my product until 1 week after I placed my order...so it took about 3weeks to receive.

I regret buying hair from OQ Hair. I paid $300 for this hair, and it was nappy and tangled straight out of the package. It had not even been installed yet, so there is absolutely no way this can be blamed on how I wore or maintained it.

I’ve had colored hair before and I know how to properly care for it. After getting it installed, I wet it, used conditioner, and did everything I normally would—and the hair was STILL dry, nappy, shedding, and completely unmanageable.

I even sent them pictures of a bundle that was never installed, proving that the issue was there from the beginning. They told me that the hair was no longer in its “original condition” but I did NOTHING to the hair.

What makes this worse is their customer service. I had been contacting them about this issue before the 30-day return window even passed, but now they’re trying to use the return policy as an excuse not to compensate me. And after paying $300, they offered me $15. Fifteen dollars. That is honestly ridiculous.

I paid $300 expecting quality hair, not hair that I immediately had problems with and then had to argue with the company about.

I would NOT recommend OQ Hair. The quality was unacceptable, and their solution was even more insulting. If you’re thinking about spending your money here, DON’T.

I love this hair. It’s thick, full and soft with minimal shedding. It took a week to arrive after shipping out.

I am thoroughly impressed with my OQ Hair purchase - it’s extremely soft and manageable… no tangling and honestly, very little shedding. I can see why others reuse it; it holds up very well. I ordered on a Tuesday and had the hair in my hands by Friday of that same week - just in time for my Birthday!! It was packaged very nicely and had a gift inside to create a wig if I chose to! Absolutely the BEST hair experience I’ve EVER had!💜
