I bought from this company for my daughter’s birthday, expecting a positive and straightforward experience based on the reviews on their website. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I placed my order on the 23rd of February, confident it would arrive before her birthday on the 13th of March because the company claims delivery takes 4–8 days. My first concern arose when I noticed that my order had not even been shipped until the 4th of March — nine days after I had placed it. I am now writing this 21 days after placing the order, and the item has still not been delivered. The tracking information continues to state that it is in customs. Since then, I have read more reviews of the company on this site and am shocked that this company is still operating. I have contacted Opulent Vogue several times regarding the shipping issues, but they have only sent me the same tracking link from their website. I believe this tracking may not be genuine, as the number cannot be found on any recognised courier tracking service. This experience is ongoing and causing a lot of stress as these items weren’t cheap. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to not fall for the scam of this company especially when you’re buying a gift for someone special.

This is my 3rd review about Opulant Vogue, the two reviews before this they responded and told me to email their customer service which I did both times, they respond to my email, then they ignore me, my issue has been going on since December 2025. I bought a necklace for £29.99, it said it was tarnish free and hypoallergenic. This is not true, mine tarnished after a couple of days and it brought my neck out in sore bumps and a rash. Don't buy from them as they are scammers, it is just cheap Chinese trash, it's not shipped from London even though it says they are based in London. It's shipped from China. So I'm just letting people know not to buy from them.

Wouldn’t order again. Ordered well over 2 weeks ago. Not too sure why it takes so long for items to be delivered when it says they are based in London. Items still not received. Stay away! Awful company
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Opulent Vogue. I placed an order expecting to receive the necklace I had purchased, but instead I received a completely unrelated item - a bike pedal.
I contacted their customer service immediately and have since sent multiple follow-up messages, but I have received no response or assistance whatsoever. This is particularly frustrating as their website states that customer queries will be responded to within 24-72 hours, which clearly has not been the case.
The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect basic customer service and a prompt resolution when a company makes a mistake.
Until this issue is resolved and I receive the refund that I am owed, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Opulent Vogue.

Despite the delay in shipping the product and the lack of regular updates on the shipping and delivery progress, the product was well received with no damage.
The necklace was tangled and the product was not packaged properly.
Overall experience was frustrating but the person received the gift was happy.

Scammers and the worst customer…
Scammers and the worst customer services ever. They do not respond to emails, do not care about their customers. Just money hungry thieves.
I have been trying to contact them about a return of a faulty product for nearly 9 months now so I can have a refund. They refused to reply to alllllll my emails, messages etc. they refuse to resolve the issue. I’ve reached out on social media and been ignored too.
Just absolutely disgusted by them! There is nothing good about them or their products.
