The product is dangerous, not fit for purpose and it was almost impossible to track the vendor from whom I am trying to arrange a return and refund.

The WaveMax that I ordered from ShopperLo with reach didn't work on my TV and after several times requesting help from them I basically got the same directions but still it didn't work for me. Finally I got them to send me a return address to return the two items but I had to pay for the postage.Never heard from them again and after two weeks I finally got thru to them and they told me the sent the refund to PayPal on April 21&22, which is what I used to pay them with. Even after I submitted a complaint with PayPal and they finally after a week and half they denied my claim stating that I didn't provide enough documentation on the complaint. So I'm out of the antennas and the $93 It was definitely a bad transaction. Never ordering on line and with PayPal which I've been with for many years.

I was curious to see their multi focus glasses and wanted to buy 1 pair. I refused all their proposed add ons and selected Paypal for paying. When it came to the final stage there was no information about the order and price before they draw 145.88 € instead of 29.99 + freight that was ok with 10.95€. They had simply added 3 x Adjustable Glasses + Warranty. Glasses and warranty that I have newer bought. Within 6 minutes I send them a mail asking for cancelation. One minute after they confirmed receiving the request, and 13 minutes later they came back telling that
"We're pleased to inform, that your order is quality-checked, carefully packed and ready to leave our warehouse. Your order is ready to be collected by our courier"
I contacted paypal and had some chats with Optiflex that proposed me to return the package within 30 days for a full refund. After this I don't count on getting anything back so I will see if I can get them in bad standing at Paypal and my bank.

I had to see or should we say NOT SEE what they are all about so I purchased an identical pair from AliExpress knowing that my £2.94 I spent on them was now charity money. They were worth £2.94 less than I had paid be sure of it but I immediately knew the answer - All BS should we say and of absolutely no use to Man or Beast. I tested the product thoroughly though due to my obsession and had more than £2.94 worth of pleasure in satisfying myself that the test result was Zero out of Five for every aspect of their use. If you have lost money hopefully its Minimal and you can DRAW A LINE under your stupidity and move on. Its unlikely you would ever get a penny back - sorry if I'm the one to inform you of that.

They are basically scamming people.
They offer a reduced pricy but fail to goto a confirmation payment page just bobbard you with extra offers at least 3 times then just tel you order confirmed

I’ve emailed them twice once with in 15 mins asking to cancel the order and the second a couple of days later. They IGNORE emails and have taken my money with out my consent and set up an automatic payment from my PAYPAL account.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I would give a -100 if it was possible. A total scam.
Do not buy this crap because you have no recourse and you will be throwing your money away.
Site is designed to suck you in for a purchase and by the time you recognise the scam you will have excessive charges.

I ordered a pair of Glasses of these 6 weeks ago and I still haven’t received them. Stay away from this company.

Stay away! Do not recommend buying anything from these folks. First, they are not a US company which should tell you something. They are not transparent and they violated every policy they put into place:
1. I ordered 1 item but they charged me for 2. told me it was a minimum.
2. So I canceled within 1 hour and they told me it was too late. The order was gone and already shipped. This is wrong. They had printed a label on the 20th, but was not picked up into post office until 5 days later. Had plenty of time to cancelled. Reported by Leo in Support.
4. On their Support site, it stated you can cancelled within 24 hours. I clearly called in within 1 hour of the order. Another policy violation.
5. Now the item is lost and never received it. So I'm out $40.00.

So listen. Other have cleaim the same violation. So Don't Order. Go to Amazon or Walmart they'll honor their policies.

Just another scam by the same company that advertised for Deefocus. Now their name is Optriflex. The product is the same plastic junk that does not work at all. Stay away from this company...in a few months the same company will come up with another name. All the claims about this product are nothing but lies.

The so called glasses are plastic knock offs from China. The overcharge and have nothing to do with the advertisement on television. The customer service department offers a 25% refund if you pester them but do not want to send you instructions for returning these POS's. The Attorney General needs to close down this website to protect people.

I bought a pair of glasses via this website and they are total defective. Not working at all. The product, what you receive it. It has nothing to do with the glasses advertising on television. Those are a cheap China, secondhand glasses, not even glasses, as they are a piece of plastics. I've tried to contact the customer service.There are useless.

Glasses were defective upon delivery. As the website states, for returns contact via e-mail. Still waiting.... Money down the drain.
