Would give zero stars but not possible…
Would give zero stars but not possible on here. Same as the rest, no order received, multiple emails advising that stuck at customs and offering upgrade which I had already accepted twice before. I queried if my order was already an upgraded one stuck at customs how could they upgrade again. No response from last email and not sure who I pursue for a refund as fully paid through Klarna and they have been useless?!
UPDATE 28/12/23 - Klarna have emailed to say they are issuing a full refund so I advise that if you paid via this method to request a refund under their buyer protection policy. Fingers crossed I actually receive it!
Non existent product or service
Exactly the same as other people. I placed an order in September which didn't arrive. In late October I was sent an email advising that I could upgrade for free because my order had been stopped and held at customs. That is the last I've heard. Lucky went on my American Express so will be claiming a refund from them.
SCAM Sam Lipscombe
Gutted I fell for this, 3 months later no product and they've disappeared. I think once I started to call out Sam Lipscombe on Facebook 2 weeks ago he went into hiding.
That said, I now know where he is but he's not worth the petrol - I'll have some fun though.

Ordered sept. Fobbed off with promise of free stuff/ upgrades.
Personally ordered for a charity event and now trying to recoup costs . In this current cost of living crisis this is shocking. Theft.
Although the Facebook page has been removed and the webpage has stopped sales no one should fall into this scam.
HOWEVER
The owner Sam Lipscombe has now become a director of Eden Saunas. So this is to try and stop people being scammed/ ripped off under another name.

I ordered on the 10th of October and paid I am still waiting. It's now the 22nd of November numerous emails and no product. I will try and get my money back on my card. Please report this company. It's a scam.
Still no item, multiple refund requests
Ordered 11th of September for a birthday present in October. Sadly the product did not arrive on time for the birthday which was a huge let down and very frustrating. The item still hasn’t arrived and it’s been over 10 weeks.
I haven’t come across such delays in purchasing anything from anywhere before so this is new. Asked for a refund twice to be told (as others) the company will magnanimously upgrade us to a larger tub, I figured by this point we may as well continue our mammoth wait for another two weeks. That was over three weeks ago, a further request for refund has now been ignored so sadly I’ve had to go through my bank to raise a card dispute.
It’s very sad to see what could have been a good company self-destruct due to completely unavoidable issues. Whatever the reason for being unable to supply the items for such a massive time-scale it would appear to be ruining any legitimacy this company had.

I ordered in September this year
I ordered in September this year, I saw the reviews and emailed them sharing that I had read reviews, wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and asked for transparency throughout they acknowledged this and seemed appreciative of the fact I'd reached out. I had a email stating a 2 week delay, 3 weeks later I emailed chasing and then they offered a refund or a upgraded pod. This was now 5 weeks after I had ordered so I asked for a refund. It all then went silent, to the point where I had to raise it with my bank which quickly resulted in me getting my money back. It's seems legit but really bad business to buy from at the moment.

60+ days on and no delivery!
Opti Therapy do not even have a contactable telephone number / no Service Desk and the support email address provides an automated response with no further human contact.
Poor service! I am so disappointed that I wouldn't even accept the product if delivered today.
Don't fall into the trap!
Placed order on 9th September with a 2-4 week delivery. Received numerous emails following this saying that delivery delayed due to customs clearance with a promise of delivery the following week. Still nothing and they are now ignoring my emails. Paid on Debit card and managed to get a charge back from the bank (HSBC) so no doubt they will hear from them. To anyone thinking of ordering, dont bother. If anyone paid by debit card then contact your bank and they should refund you.

Ordered this after seeing what I assumed to be genuine reviews on their website. These are clearly set up & I really wish I'd checked the reviews on here first.
Reviews on their Facebook page have strangely disappeared but you only have to look at the comments on the posts to see how angry people are.
I've not received my order & all of my emails/messages are being ignored, yet they are more than capable of sending out marketing emails. No phone number to contact them on & the address is a pub!
I'm now having to try to get my hard earned money back via my bank.
They are either a completely fake company or totally swamped by orders & can't cope but that doesn't excuse such poor customer service.
If I could give zero stars I would.
UPDATE 24/11/2023 - I have now received my money back after raising a dispute with my bank. Ordered an ice bath from a different company that turned up the next day! Interesting to see how Opti Therapy's Facebook page has suddenly disappeared & they not longer have the ice baths on their website.
