Recently tracker moves the location when it hasn't moved
Recently, i noticed that the location of my car with the tracker moves the location of the car by as much as 2 miles away from it's actual location. I contacted customer service and was told that it's normal. I disagree. For the first 2 months I was using the device it always was correct, no matter how long the car was stationary. for about the past 4 weeks, during the middle of the middle of the night, it will move the car to a different location. Sometimes across the street into my neighbors backyard or up to 2 miles away! This is frustrating because of the geofences are set to alarm.

Good Morning!
The devices ability to locate itself and report its position to the map is entirely based off of the strength of connection it has to the GPS signals in the area, these signals are ever changing. Even with 100% signal strength there could be anywhere from a 15-30 foot margin of error in those reports. If the signal strength decreases the margin of error will definitely increase, causing the reports to "jump". With that being said, we do have some options to help with the issue at hand! After looking into the account, I do see there is some opportunity to make the geofences a little bigger in size, this will ultimately help with the margin of error the device could have throughout its reporting, without compromising the assurance of your vehicle being safe in its spot!

First of all the tracker itself is probably fine, but I wouldn’t know I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks. I’ll let you know over the due course of time second of all the cost is prohibitive the monthly fee or an annual fee whichever you prefer is exorbitant and far in it access of the service provided
