I was telephonically interviewed by them about 10 months ago after applying for some jobs listed by them on LinkedIn.

After the interview (where none of the applied jobs were mentioned) I never heard from them again, besides them asking me to refer colleagues for similar job postings, again on LinkedIn.

Got a mail from their "customer service" today asking me to reconnect because they had more jobs for which I was a fit.

Reported as spam and deleted.

Never contact with them, they keep spamming you and their employees are extremely rude and distrespectful.

Are they real? Do they really exist?
Probably they are just publishing fake job postings to collect data. I applied for like 30 positions to them, never heard of them. Neither a rejection mail, nothing.

Absolutely unprofessional. Knew nothing about Germany or Programming, or in fact anything relevant to their job at all. Had no clue what company I might be a good fit for. Hadn't read my profile. Condescending, unprofessional and offering inaccurate or plain wrong advice. Recruiter woefully inexperienced and clearly had no training. Then disappeared for no apparent reason.
Avoid.

I've never had to deal with a group of more shifty or untrustworthy individuals. These are the sort of people you should never allow to represent you in front of anything or anyone.

Fake job profiles created by 'recruiters' whose experience shows they were working as a barman or barista just a few weeks ago. Never get back to you, when they do call they just want information from you.
Don't deal with these time wasters...

I was headhunted by this company for a job in Frankfurt and after all the interviews, I received a contact with the salary I expected.

Do not DEAL with this company. They will sell your data to third parties. I have lots of Indians calling my company ever since we signed terms with this company. After few weeks, the entire company was calling us all the time. We had to block their number.
Unprofessional and spamming!

I worked under the MD of this company for several years and confirm they are a class outfit. Superb training and although now I am working for another agency (out of choice) still speak highly of them. They stay true to their values and rarely compromise. You will be driven hard from day one but the earning potential cannot be beaten.

My personal contact Jack H. managed the procedure of candidature very well, was very agile and professional in his way of communication and discussion of parameters of the role and conditions of contract.
The procedure was extremely quick resolved, transparent feedback given shortly after interviews.
Discussion was focused on job-related aspect without pushing me for a certain decision.
Jack had a good understanding of my situation with several pending offers on parallel, he did strong efforts to be most effective.
Obviously he also accompanied the customer well.
I finally signed the contract offered via Jack.

I dealt with over 35 recruiters from various recruitment agencies in the past year, and of all these recruiters Jack was my number 1 by far! Not only is Jack a highly experienced recruiter, but you will find his approach to recruiting friendly, diligent, and intelligent. He is so knowledgeable, incredibly articulate, and such a pleasure to work with. The most of all, I really appreciate that Jack followed up with me on every single development in the process and even when there was a bit of pause in between which kept me feel reassured. Jack is the type of recruiter you would give the most important recruitment assignment too!

It’s more than 10 years that am contracting under various forms of contract.
Therefore, I met plenty (it’s an euphemism!) of head hunters, people and contract stalkers.
Where most of them get in touch to hook your resume and, sometimes, manage to organize an interview for you, they afterwards lay back and wait for the client to return. If, by chance, the client comes back with positive feedback they are happy to glean the money they thought have won which, in fact, is rather luck.

In these cases, I feel like a piece of meat; that’s why I call them “meat sellers”.
Jack is at the opposite of the “meat sellers”. If I had to label him, I would rather call him a “meet seller” as he makes you feel that you are a human being. When he finds a project for you and gets an interview arranged, he’s not laying back and waits. He calls the candidate as well as the client looking to make the “bits and pieces” matching on both sides. He then stays tuned and keeps both parties informed about the process.
Once the contract signed, he’s not “gone” but remains in your back and gets in touch from time to time with all stakeholders, “measuring the temperature” and preparing the future for both parties.
I wish plenty of new projects for both of us and, whenever possible, would recommend Jack in my network.

I just got message on LinkedIn and replied that I am not interested, fake or unrealistic ADS. LinkedIn should ban them for spreading false information.
