I was struggling to find a garage door company that was trusted, reliable and reasonably priced. I had many local firms that were quoting ridiculous prices and timescales. When I contacted Optimum doors, and spoke to Vlad, I provided measurements of the current garage door and to my amazement Vlad quoted a supply and fit price without any hesitation, over the phone. I was sceptical about the price and was unsure, however he reassured me and provided guarantees of his workmanship and of the quality of doors he supplies. From the time of the quote, and acceptance, it took 4 weeks to supply and fit. Don't think any local company could have done it as quick. Had optimum doors replace our garage door last week. From quote (which was a couple days after calling) to complete was all professionally handled. The order of the door came in promptly and to the timeline we were given. Install happened the Monday after they got the door in stock and the communication was excellent from them.

Optimum recently installed two new sectional remote controlled garage doors for us as part of a bigger project. They came on the agreed time and date, installation was seamless, they explained the operation and were quick to get back in touch to address a couple of minor post installation issues. And prices were great too. I’d highly recommend them.

I had a Middle sectional Rosewood door fitted today, Very high quality doors and outstanding workmanship. Excellent price and kept up to date with fitting date. Yale Motor, Belt driven not chain so is very quiet. Would highly recommend.
