The guy on customer service wouldn't do…

The guy on customer service wouldn't do his job and cancel our account. They belittle you and are beyond rude. The guy was so nasty. They verbally harass you.

I would never recommend working with this company.

log wait times for customer service…

log wait times for customer service recently all prices went up. You ow have to pay a rental fee for your modem that was previously free what scam! I have also wrote to the email they suggested for a reply and never received one or a call back like they promised

If I can give no star I will

If I can give no star I will. Been with optimum for 5 years. They cut my service with no letter of warning and on the due date that I was gonna pay them. No Help what’s so ever.
