Great for a house sale
We had a great experience with Optimal who acted as solicitors for our recent house sale. Wessley was great in particular - easy to get hold of and clear and friendly in all communications. The team offered us great advice and reassurance and we would highly recommend them.
We also used the Digital Move platform which was a bit frustrating at times so it helped a lot to have an actual human at the end of the phone when we needed. Many thanks

I found Optimal Solicitors to be courteous and professional
I found Optimal Solicitors to be courteous and professional. I received a great service from them, their fees were reasonable, and I would recommend them for any conveyancing matters.
I took one star off, because I believe the communication between Optimal Solicitors and the Mortgage Lender could have been better. Optimal was in my view, not prompt enough in providing additional information requested by lender, which led to delays in completion and the expiry of the Valuation Report. I had to get an extension of the Valuation report at additional cost. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received from Optimal Solicitors.

Take the time to look for a lawyer with a client-first approach.
If you want to settle the case quickly and efficiently, I do not recommend it. Besides, they do not respect the customer. The person who handled my sister's case has changed several times, and the last lawyer is arrogant and does not know how to talk to people. We filed a complaint, but it was obviously rejected because the lawyer who I'm dealing with this case, it was defended and they said it was my sister's fault. Please take your time to read most of the reviews, because we made a mistake by choosing this company. I regret that I didn't read the reviews earlier.

Used Optimal for sale of a house
Used Optimal for sale of a house, from the very start the nominated case handler was exceptionally knowledgeable about the idiosyncrasies involved in this particular sale and was helping the buyers solicitor to speed up the process, as they could only be described as woeful.
The stress involved in selling was made that more easy.
