Quick resolution of customer complaints. That is what I love about Optimal print.
Recently I faced an issue while placing an order- the system rejected the discount coupon . My complaint was transferred to a human agent after a couple of frustrating interactions with the automated response system. It was resolved in a jiffy to my satisfaction.
When a good quality product is combined with such responsiveness you have a loyal customer. I don't even look at other Apps for printing my photo albums.

The order I had created was for a custom print for an autographed picture of one of my favourite singers. Optimal did a great job not only in terms of the shopping experience but also the end product was extremely good. The packaging was perfect and it was great to hold the print in my hand!!

I was astonished by the quality of imaged printed and the colour grades and finishing quality seems to be amazing.the quick delivery surprised me was even faster than i could get back from the trip memories .also got the second album at an affordable offer price!! Planning to soon place some more orders and recommend to my family and friends!!

First of all, mu fault for omitting the apt number in the delivery address,

Issues:
1. no way to update the delivery address for future orders. Just spins and spins,
2. Tried to contact customer service to see if they could help me connect with local delivery agent. Absolutely no help whatsover - cannot provide any useful info at all
3. Tracking Just a plain joke! Says handed off to local carrier - who what when. No information at all. In this day and age, where some web sites provide up to the minute tracking, this is minimalism at its best - no information at all!
4. No communication by email or text other than shipped

Avoid this service like the plague,

The print quality is not good, and most of the pictures are buried, I am.not sure, do you check it before sending to client.

I am not happy with the product..

Suggestion:- Please Review the end product before sending to client.

It will improve the product quality and more clients will share good feedback.

The site for making photo books is a little limited. The price has risen a bit, but the delivery time and product quality I feel are excellent.

New update: Optimalprint did try to change the experience new order replacement etc. I thank and appreciate for the effort. Hoping to give more orders in future. I'd appreciate if they can make the courier tracking more informative because in their case it's just shows Order booked and no updates after that and one day you do receive the order. While for other orders through Blue Dart or through Amazon I get regular courier updates , site scan updates etc.
So there's one room for improvement there.

Horrible experience so far. The order status and update on dispatch said Mar-2 arrival, but no whereabouts of my order yet (COB March 6). Also, the customer care is totally useless. This is the first company of its kind which gave me tracking numbers which are totally useless: No shipment status detail...it says Booking done in Blue Dirt courier since a week after the date they mentioned as delivery . Money wasted , will never print again: don't go there.

One of the best Photobooks. I was tentative before ordering and checked all the other websites but was impressed with the choices in the themes and the friendly user interface. I ordered the 28x28 hardcover, and the print was above expectation. And for the price of 1274 it was perfectly done..Thank You very much😊

Simple and quick experience. Please consider integrating with Google photos for importing picture.

Photobook which U had given for printout was superb in quality. The same got delivered before the actual date of delivery which was mentioned on the site.
But there is no point to contact you. No email ID, not any customer care number or not having any chat option where we can message and get clarification of our doubt.
Also want to know whether there is any further discount you are giving for more photobook printing? Yes but every book is having different photograph.

I was very happy with such a prompt delivery by optimal print. There print service is excellent. It was so convenient for me to make a photo journal for someone living all the way in west.
