I have been trying to contact optimal…

I have been trying to contact optimal pront to process a return. All their email direct you to AI. i have trief to use AI and this does not help. Customer services are shocking. Avoid

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. They charge a lot and do not deliver on time. The printing was for an event at my son's school. In short: the order was never delivered, and I haven’t been able to reach the company by phone — only through an AI agent. It’s absurd! I do not recommend them. Total disregard for the customer.

Lack of commitment and respect

Why don’t you deliver your product on time and respect the deadline? Your company is dishonest. You sell your products in Brasil and promise to deliver fast charging an expensive shipping fee and do not deliver on time. I still have not heard a word from you and have no idea of when my order will arrive.
