Fast and easy!

Easy to set up for what I needed to print. Shipping was fast (less than a week!) and the product exceeds my expectations. Would definitly recommand. I printed a 24x36in posted in semi-gloss paper.

I ordered a calendar for Christmas for my daughter with many family pictures matching the months from the previous year. The calendar was beautiful but my 3 year old grandson ripped it apart and I simply can’t afford to pay full price to replace it.

Ordered Christmas cards that were due to arrive before Christmas. It’s the new year and still no cards. Tried to contact the company but the only way to do that is through an AI chat. Did not get anywhere with that! No email, no phone number to call. So frustrating

Order was supposed to arrive by now.

From Optimal's site:
"Your order (#35855529) is still in production and hasn't been dispatched yet. It was expected to ship 12 days ago, but there's been a delay as the courier hasn't received the package from our production facility yet.
Our team is currently checking with the production facility to get things moving."

Broken ceramic mug

I ordered a ceramic mug for my mom for Christmas in November to ensure it arrived on time. I didn’t unwrap the bubble wrap because I wanted the mug to stay protected. On Christmas Day when it was opened, it was damaged. The handle was completely broken off. I contacted Optimal Print about this and they would not help me at all as it was over the 30 day refund/reprint. These mugs are so expensive. It was a Christmas gift that arrived broken and they wouldn’t do anything. So disappointed.

Not a very Merry experience

Paid for express shipping and they still can't locate my order. AI "asssitant" is useless. It seems like more and more customers don't matter after they have paid.
