Shocking. Whoever describes these rooms as “luxury” clearly doesn’t know what the word means. They were cheap, tacky, and a world away from the premium experience that was advertised.

Cheaters, Game players, Liars! Watching them on four in a bed and seeing their rooms, they are cheaply made and overpriced! Don’t deserve the plaque given to them by the show. AVOID STAYING HERE.

Just watched Four in a Bed and these 2 owners were disgraceful. They were absolute game players. To see what they scored everyone else and then seeing their property. The 2 men were arrogant and thought they were better than anyone else.

Based on their behaviour on the show, I will ensure I never stay their.

Promise luxury and nothing luxurious about it. All cheap furniture, mattress so uncomfortable and very dirty apartment no care taken in cleaning. Very clearly just money eager and that’s it.

Awful staff. Horrible cheap furniture. They are pretending to be something they are not. Advertised as luxury but I’m not sure they know what luxury is because this place is a knockoff. Con men run this place. Save your money.

Stayed in January and had a horrible experience - found a condom under the sheets. Tried to check out and get a refund but the owners refused so I left and lost my money

Very rude and unprofessional

Room was filthy, I was promised a “luxury” stay and to be honest I wouldn’t pay anymore than £80 per room, chipped woodwork, strong smell of Indian food (I have nothing against the cuisine but I don’t expect to have the smell linger) bed was cheap as was the mattress and the worst part the “staff” need real training and the rudeness to my problems was beyond disbelief…be warned AVOID at all cost.

Awful room, dust everywhere, hairs on the bed and in the bed, stains on the pillows, yellow stains on the mattress yuk ! Disgusting, definitely not worth anywhere near the money they charge, receptionist rude, hostes talk over you and dont like any complaints at all even when u asked for the bed to be remade they were not happy, would never go back here again and I suggest you dont if you want a good stay
