Great support staff!
Had some issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi on my iPad having already set up an account on my iPhone. Miranda answered when I called, after been told to do so by my housing provider, and in a few minutes we were able to determine it was a network error and it was fixed by her manually registering my IPad on the system and by resetting my network settings. She was kind and helpful and resolved the issue with no fuss. Thank you Miranda!
