I placed an order in early october for a contact promotion, and was assigned an order number. I never received confirmation beyond that, and at around the month mark I emailed and asked about an update. It has been over a week and i have gotten no response. I have, however, gotten a few emails asking me to rate my experience.

I never received my item. I have no tracking information and have tried to contact the company thru multiple emails and have not received any response. The phone number on their website is not in service. I will be filing a claim thru my credit card company for reimbursement since I can't get a hold of anyone from their website.

Amazing quality and super comfortable. I have had the most amazing experience ordering from Opticals Online. Designer quality prescription eyeglasses that are really affordable. I ordered express shipping so got them within the week, shipped from the US. Much faster than a lot of others.

I love everything about my new eyeglasses. They came well packaged in a beautiful case and the quality of the all my glasses were amazing! I purchased their FREE + shipping bluelight glasses and have been having less headaches and am finally getting to sleep on time! Keep calm, your glasses will arrive! Shipping is very hit and miss at the moment with COVID, if you have an issue just reach out and they will do their best to help!

Bought two pairs of blue light glasses from Opticals online and very happy with the products. I was worried about online glasses being cheap but they look great and are super durable (dropped them a fair few times already). Would purchase from them again.

I love my glasses, amazing quality and super comfortable to wear. Just shipping took a bit longer than expected - but they said it was due to COVID.

Product arrived and was as described. Price was great, but shipping took a little too long. Cant complain for the price.

I too ordered from then on Nov. 25th 2018. I ordered 2 pairs at $67.97 and never received mine either. They have been giving me the run around ever since. Pisses me off. Does anyone know if paypal will still refund my money. Thank you Sandra Gibson

12/15/2020 This company reached out to me a month ago but nothing changed. They said they’d work with he but didn’t. This company is a is a scam. My review stands.

This company is a fraud. They tell you the product has been seized by customs but won’t give me my money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Opticals Online provided me with great customer service with a past issue pertaining to the old owners. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue. During these hard times I never expected a refund from a purchase made a year ago. I truly truly appreciate there gesture and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!! This company is just the new name for Bright Eyes Contacts which takes your money and never sends your contacts. Read the reviews for that company and you will see why this is such a scam. I ordered contacts almost a year ago and inquired about them not arriving many times and now the email isn’t even in service. They changed their Instagram name too. Do not order from this company.
