I've ordered Bolle Royal 21959 googles.
After payment I received message that item is not available and no logner produced. After one week it is still available on Optica site !!!

Also stil available on Bolle website.

I should have read the reviews here before purchasing. Took my money (glad I paid the extra fee. To pay with PayPal) and no glasses or communication. Checked the website and the Spanish translated to waiting for customer. They hadn’t been in touch so I tried to contact them and their form didn’t work but as I went to complain I found an email address. Admittedly they did come back to me but to tell me the product was out of stock and surprise, there was no suggestion of a refund. I have asked for my money back and if that doesn’t come through quickly, they will have a PayPal case to deal with. A total scam from what I can tell.

Easy to use website. Excellent selection of glasses. Very competitive price and reasonable delivery costs. Arrived in good time for Christmas by fedex priority courier despite my late order. Very impressed with service and would use again.
Got the Rayban Clubmaster Oversize sunglasses in Demi gloss with green lenses for my partner as found the original Clubmaster on smalll side and these are perfect. Really like the Matt finish and leather case is nice touch. Thank you.

They are very quick to take your money and than apologise that the pair of sunglasses you ordered is OUT of stock ! Unfortunately, it is not the end , every time you want to swap the new pair is out of stock too! At the same time, it is very frustrating to see the website showing , what you want to buy , is currently AVAILABLE.
At the end you are left but to choose a Refund and guess what : you will have to wait a good 14 days !
As an advice , never buy and trust this optic , it is so bad to give your money away for someone knowing they can not deliver ! The sunglasses I choose are “currently in production” and are IN STOCK for immediate purchase on Optical optic wed site!

Trying to buy and their prices have literally changed after I added a product to the bag. If that is not a scam, I don’t know what is. Don’t waste your time. Looks like a dodgy scam site.

Never going to recommend someone your company or use it by myself anymore.
Ordered in September and now November is ending, still didn't get any sunglasses. I asked to change my first requested sunglasses to Miu Miu MU 09WS 1AB5SO, at first it showed that it is available and then when asked to ship me that sunglasses (for not to wait another 3 months), it shows 6-10 days delivery. I am sure that I won't receive them in 6-10 days.
Solve this issue ASAP.

If i could give minus rating to Optica Optima, then they would get it.

Delivey from 2-3days went to 3 month, and stil don't get any sunglasses, and not a word from Optica Optima.

To be 100% honest, this purchase of a pair sunglasses, is the worst online shopping experience I ever had.

Never buying from Optima Optical again.
My recommendation is same to you, if you want the glasses before next summer.

I ordered eyeglasses over two months ago. They hurt my eyes as soon as I put them on, so I took them to an optician for a look. Turns out they were made with a completely wrong Pupillary Distance. Optimal Optic promised to send me new ones in about a week, so I sent them back, and have been waiting for the corrected ones for a month, and now, for the last two messages I haven't even received a response. Has anyone gotten their money back from this company? Is there an EU authority that could help? Thanks.

After we ordered there, it was said that the glasses would first be manufactured and would be ready for shipment in 4 weeks at the earliest, but we could withdraw from the purchase contract or change the model. I asked them for three other models again the same answer was 3/4 weeks!!! I asked for a refund but according to the other comments I am not sure that I can have my money back soon without my lawyer's help.

I received my full money in almost one week. they issued it to my account without any problem.
Now I think I have to change my review to two stars.

Brilliant service! The item was supposed to be shipped to me within 6-10 days but I received them in 6 days! Lovely sunglasses, all authentic and at a fraction of the price! Just be aware that this company is based within the EU so if you spend more than £135 there will be a customs tax.
