No moist heat. Waste of time & money

I usually read Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing Optase Moist Mask.
Totally misleading product.Mine is being posted back today.
Not moist as claimed. Totally dry heat. I have gone back to a moist cloth. So much more effective
Does not get hot as claimed. Complying with instructions it gets barely warm and the dry warmth rapidly disappears totally after 5 mins. Not 30 as advertised
I tried in two upmarket microwaves, numerous times and then packaged up and returned to supplier. Total waste of time and money

Worst site ever

Worst site ever. It takes from hours to week to withdraw, site glitching always, worst support which is owner and his friend, a lot of kids just chilling in discord general.

Appalling product...actually burnt…

Appalling product...actually burnt during heating (around the label), spilling the contents... despite following the guidance to the letter. After three uses it is going into the waste ...dangerous and definately a gimmick....would definitely NOT recommend...had to give it one star to write a review, otherwise a negative score would be more appropriate.

Controversial Inclusion of Retinyl Palmitate

I was given a pack of Optase Eyelid Wipes, ostensibly to help with my Blepharitis symptoms. The single-use wipes certainly provide a soothing, cleansing effect, probably due to the inclusion of tea tree oil, chamomile and aloe vera - products which are natural and known to be safe. However, Retinyl Palmitate is also an ingredient and this has been flagged since 2010 that from studies "topical retinyl palmitate accelerated cancer growth in hairless mice." Accordingly, In 2012, the U.S. NTP released a technical report affirming that "retinyl palmitate hastened the growth of cancerous tumours and lesions on animals exposed to simulated sunlight." European government officials have also reported the danger of vitamin A toxicity from excessive intake of it: "Hypervitaminosis A can lead to liver damage, osteoporosis, hair loss, skeletal defects in babies and children, and spontaneous fractures." Despite all these warnings Optase continues to use this totally unnecessary and controversial ingredient in their products. Use this product at your own risk.

Dangerous product

Bought one of their Heat Masks as the reviews looked quite good. After a couple of uses when I removed the mask I could not see as my vision was very blurry. It took several minutes to recover. I sent emails to Optase asking if it was safe but they ignored them all. I had previously measured the temperature of the mask to make sure it wasn't too hot.
