Poor description of the product on the…
Poor description of the product on the site. I paid for the order, and the status did not change for 4 days. It was written that it was waiting for payment. It was not clear when my order would be shipped. I wrote three times. Give more information to the customer about each order status.

Your order was placed on June 22nd and payment was credited on June 30th.
The sink was shipped on July 9th and delivered by the carrier on July 16th.
All order status updates have been posted correctly, both on your account and via email.
Below are all the updates from status, including the times and the corresponding emails (they may have arrived in your spam folder):
- Shipped -> 09/07/2025 17:48:41 (email received + courier tracking link + courier call for delivery)
- Preparation in progress -> 07/07/2025 16:56:47
- Order being processed -> 02/07/2025 10:09:05
- Payment accepted -> 30/06/2025 14:18:18 (email received with payment accepted)
- Awaiting payment by bank transfer -> 22/06/2025 07:56:44 (email received with order confirmation)

Ordered an oven to Mallorca from Opportunity Commerce. The delivery process was smooth and prompt, I got a link where I could track the parcel and it arrived in perfect condition. I recommend this company, I got personal service unlike similar online vendors that have generic customer service.

E' nostra prassi mettere tutti i nostri prodotti (soprattutto quelli che hanno un certo valore e volume) su pallet di legno, legati e con ulteriori protezioni.
Non avendo ricevuto nessuna sua segnalazione, siamo sicuri che i difetti dell'imballo (Che avrà subito durante il trasporto) non abbia compromesso l'integrità del prodotto.

Fast, reliable and convenient!
They had the best prices and the most intuitive interface, along with a great range of options. The large item that I preferred was dispatched nearly immediately and reached me in no time at all despite the Black Friday craze and pre-Christmas period. I am really satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend.

I was initially skeptical about…
I was initially skeptical about purchasing online from another country, but Opportunity Commerce exceeded my expectations. Customer service in English was fast, helpful, and friendly, and tracking my order was easy with enough information provided. The local carrier was also friendly and helpful. The only area for improvement is the packaging for international orders, as my package arrived without damage but was quite battered. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely shop here again. 4 stars.
