I have had a few oppos and loved everyone of them.
Mine is older version and has a dual sim great for business and private calls on the same phone.
256GB plus I have the option to double it.
Never had any problems with the phone ever.
Downloads are super fast.
I WILL NEVER BUY OPPO PRODUCT AGAIN.
I went on curry's PC world on 28th for a pre order of OPPO FIND N. I sold all my apple devices to give a try on this new fold world. During the process the sales man, did a random IMEI because of pre order they didn't have the box of phone in hands.
I choose to do the pre order because of the OPPO earbuds that was given as part of the deal, and this becomes the nightmare in my life with OPPO.
I waited the release day and more 14 days to pick up the device in Curry's. The first thing a did at home as fill up the form and send the invoice to claim the oppo earbuds pro. However the invoice was with the autogenerated IMEI from currys. I have send pictures from the box, receipt, phone. Went back to to currys and collect a document showing the IMEI and the DEVICE IMEI correct. In the end I exchanged 15 emails with OPPO support that told was processing and soon they had in stoke will delivered to me. Today is 29th/06 and still nothing was send. They always said to waiting for a manual process, nothing was done.
SUMMARY
SUMMARY
Its the worst smartphone that have ever seen. idk about others but from my experience and anaysis of OPPO A83(2018) phone made sick. literally,i am not joking,i was like how can spent my entire life with this product when i cant even handle for one hour.
PROBLEM
1. There isnt any shortcut bar(wifi, bluetooth, etc.)
2.i cannot even access to any setting config until i
put given code there .its utterly annoying.
3. it has a lot of heating issues.
4.I saw the OS verison in setting and its way too old.
CONCLUSION
In the end, i want to say please fix these issues. i would really appreciate if did it. phones are really important to this and these products can absolutely ruin your reputation and even depreciate your clients. i would kindly wait for your reply. thank you oppo.
YOUR CUSTOMER.
Appalling heap of rubbish
Appalling heap of rubbish. Oppo was pushed by the EE sales person as a good alternative to Samsung. Straight off the functionality wasn't as good. After a couple of weeks the gps stopped working properly so all navigation apps, ordnance survey etc became useless. Now wifi won't connect, so no email and WhatsApp won't work. I have just put the sim back in my 4 year old Samsung which is working perfectly. I'll have to try to move files and pictures by cable because the oppo won't do anything. I am tempted to ditch EE with my next contract as I can't trust their advice.
TERRIBLE phone
I have never liked my Oppo phone since I got it 18 months ago (I stupidly accepted the EE salesperson's advice). Unfortunately I'm stuck with it until the contract ends in 6 months. But it's just got even worse as they've recently updated it. I'm not techy at all, I just want my phone to work and now it's got more complicated to move from one page to another. I can't have more than one app open at a time & it's really difficult moving between web pages. It's really clunky and I'm spending a great deal more time trying to swipe (most unsuccessfully) from page to page.
I sent my phone for repair to oppo SBE…
I sent my phone for repair to oppo SBE and never got it back they told me they will inform me when send back after repair was never told that phone has been sent and not received as well. Royal mail says they have delivered it but thats not true as well. Contacted oppo customer service and they told me an investigation is underway and after 4 months they told me that they cant do anything now. So worst customer service, worst repair service and worst devices as well.

Worst phone I have ever had
Worst phone I have ever had, glitches constantly and now the battery after 1 year is going from fully charged to 1% with minimal use in under 24 hours
Will never have an oppo again
OPPO......Nope
When I got my OPPO, it was sold as a leading
new manufacturer with very promising tech. Well, that was the only thing great about the phone, the sales pitch.
The phone had an AI system of its own, turning off features, changing security settings, dropping calls and making calls, and even deleting apps. The screen lock was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. All I can say is that I have had nothing but frustration with the phone and can't wait till the contract is up to get rid of it. In fact, when I do get rid of it, I wouldn't give it away to charity, I am not that cruel.
DONT BUY OPPO ECO BUDS

Poor handsets
Poor handsets. Doesn't pick up any internet or services whilst roaming the EU or UK. Only good thing is the battery. Worst phone I've ever bought.
Salesman in eir told me they're as good as Samsung.
Trust me.... They're not.

I bought a new device reno 7a on amazon, but it was from yahoo.jp yes free, on the second day of use it fell and broke the inside of the lcd.
I sent the device to oppo japan, they returned it without fixing it, saying that they would have to take it to yahoo, yahoo said that they only fix it for people with an active contract, in short, it was trash, because they don't sell spare parts for japanese models . I'm going back to using xiaomi.

HUGELY dissappointed with my OPPO RENO…
HUGELY dissappointed with my OPPO RENO PRO phone, had since November last year. Recommended by a wee boy in Currys, never again. It has a screen that looks like it is 10 years old, despite being 'in a case' since new, the glass scratches SO easily. The camera is a HUGEE let down too, the zoon isn't worth using due to softness of image, but MUCH WORSE, it frequently drops 4G and less so that mobile data can't be used. This is despite sitting right next to someone on the same network with a HUAWEI that can still get mobile data. Turn off and on again and 4G comes back all for about 10 seconds. The phone is slower than when bought 5 months ago, the OS is just rubbish. NEVER again, my last phone (a HUAWEI) was light years ahead of this one.
