I am very pleased with the service, correct and very responsive

I ordered tyres, received an email and a call the day after and was told there were not in stock. They gave me other options and they agreed to pay the difference as they were slightly more expensive. 2 days later received another email stating they also weren't in stock. I phoned the company and ordered different tyres. The telephony agent agreed to speak to a manager about the price difference and would call me back the day after. An agent did call me back and was very arrogant, not very helpful with plenty of attitude stating they wouldn't pay the difference. I asked to speak to a manager, apparently they don't have ANY managers available, (very hard to believe!) What a joke. It's now a week later and still no tyres, although they are happy to take your money....and will be 1-3 days before I receive my refund. If you want to start your day off with high blood pressure, headaches and no tyres then by all means order from this company...if this isn't how you want to spend your week, then I would suggest to STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately you aren't able to give 0 stars so had to put 1 😡 Order number: 107018863.
I think your reply is nonsense. If you read your own reviews you will see the problems occurs no matter whether your in high tyre season or not.

The tires were very good price, but a year old. I expected it, so I'm not disappointed. There was an option to free of charge send them back. I decided to keep them. I'm happy.

Customer support is very poor. I had a problem with the invoice. Despite my repeated requests, they were not helpful.

Oponeo only delivered half of my order, before placing the order I verified with customer service whether the products are on stock, which was confirmed by them with delivery up to 5 days which have now been waiting for my tires for three weeks already without any information on when the product can be delivered, no tracking number is available and customer service is not able to tell me anything reliable, so I am left with no tires having to leave soon and no information on when I will get them and 600€ blocked as I have paid already.

Quick delivery but the tyres were 2,5 years old. So not new, but unused I'd rather say. You can send them back, surely... For 15€ per tyre... Thus..retour cost 60€. There is somewhere on the site info that they can sell old tyres like this but obviously not easy to find. Surely they will write here an pretty excuse, but anyway in not satisfied with their service. I will never buy there again.

"If the tires were stocked the right way"? Were they? How could you know?

Nice smooth operation, order the tires, order the wheels. They deliver directly to a montage partner for no sensible extra price (of course you will pay the garage to mount the wheels on your car). The call center is nice and helpful!
