This company behaves like scammers. A few days ago, I saw that they were offering discounts, so I placed an order through their website and paid the money. I also received an order confirmation. However, after a few days, I got an email saying that they would not send my order unless I paid more money.
This kind of behavior is fraudulent. They advertise discounts on their website, collect all the customer’s personal information, and then later say they will not send the order unless more money is paid. Such actions are unacceptable and unexpected from reputable companies. People should not trust companies like Oponeo.

- 2 other until today (04.09) I don’t have any courier confirmation that it was even collected from shop!!!!!!! Totally JOKE!! Website says 2-3 working days for get your tyres😂😂😂never more (order number: 814969625629 and 461127074593)

From order to delivery within under 24 hours. I ordered 4 tires and they service was as smooth as possible. Oponeo managed to process the order in a time of the year, where tires are mostly out of stock due to winter time. They delivered those tires (great quality and new) in a record time.

Fast delivery, but horrible to deal with when they deliver the wrong tires
Quick delivery, however 1/4 tires was of the wrong type. It took 2.5 weeks of emailing with them to get them to accept the return. This was especially annoying because I was send from one department to the other and getting the same questions over and over again. Then they wanted me to pay for the return of the tire they mistakenly sent me…….. in the end they did pay for it, which is the reason why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 star.
I then gave them the chance to replace the tire, however they didn’t respond anymore. So I ordered 1 tire from their competitor RSU. This tire was also in much better condition (not as dusty and dry)

Die meisten unserer Reifen sind aus aktueller Produktion. Reifen, deren Herstellungsdatum weniger als 36 Monate zurückliegt, werden als neu angesehen und bieten die gleichen Leistungen wie Reifen aus dem laufenden Jahr.
Aus logistischen Gründen können wir Ihnen leider die exakte DOT-Nummer für einzelne Reifen nicht mitteilen, da unsere Produkte aus verschiedenen Lagern in ganz Europa verschickt werden.
